I bought this printer because I needed something faster for the amount of printing I had to do for school. It was very easy to set up and network with two computers. It starts up fast and the print quality is excellent. Replacing the ink is easy and fool proof. The photos come out nice for an at home printer.

Overall, this is a great printer. I had no problem setting it up and using it right out of the box. We have had two issues with it- the first involved using it with the second laptop. The lag time between sending a document to the printer, and it actually printing is up to ten minutes. I don't have any lag time at all on the primary computer. The second issue that took some time to figure out was the scanning option. If you have Windows 8 you have to download an HP app for scanning before you can scan anything to your computer. There was no mention of this in the manual, so I had to do some pretty heavy looking on the internet before stumbling across the app in the windows store. Now that I have that kink worked out I am much happier with the printer.

Very happy so far with my purchase. Set-up was a breeze with no difficulty of any kind. Speed is excellent and print quality is superb for price point for copies and photos alike. Size is excellent and can fit in tight quarters. With many options available, it's fun to play around with. Ink cartridges are simple to install. No worries here. Well worth the money. Highly recommended.

Paper tray area is so tight, it's difficult to load paper, and it's not easy removing a paper jam. However, it does print pretty good quality photos as well as documents, and scanner works well. Compact size of printer is good. Overall, a pretty good deal for the money.

This is a nice multifunction printer. It has nice extra features as printing coupons and such. It does run slow sometimes but could be the connection. It does use a lot of color ink though. We do like the wireless part It isn't a very hard printer to use either

Overall I love this printer based on its speed and e-print capabilities ! Great for small business's it even works well powered with an inverter for mobile business use, e-printing from iPad works great in the field ( mobile hot spot) I've owned many printers , but this unit takes the prize hands down!!

Still can't attach what appears to be a paper/photo catcher. When The slot that is attached to the printer, is pulled down, your paper flies out. So somehow this other piece that I don't have attached needs to. It seems louder than others I looked at and what my friends have. I've only used it a few times to print, am yet to do a picture. Not enthused about how to change the cartridges. We all from time to time get a paper jam, with this, it's way too hard. Also, have issues trying to print 2 sided, the paper flies out or gets stuck, prints the wrong way. Have not used it much to use all it has. When I setup my new HP computer, the wifi on our phones still worked. After installing this we can't get wifi back. We enter the password to unlock and is unable to verify. Don't know if I need to contact HP or my cellular carrier. Maybe I just need a lesson, since things these days don't really come with an instruction manual.

This printer was exactly what I needed! It has all the functions I need: prints, scans, copies, faxes, and prints pictures too. I needed a wireless printer, so that I could print from my laptop, iPad, or iPhone and it does just that. It was super easy to set up. Overall, a great purchase!

I bought this printer to hook up in my car so I could print from my iPad or iPad for work wirelessly! With the ePrint technology this works amazing and simple! No more running back and forth to the office to print documents that need to be signed. Great product. You will need to buy a power inverter of your choice that plugs in your cigarette lighter to power it.

I really like this printer, it just makes more noise than I expected. It has great print quality for documents and photos. It's a little bigger than my last printer, but does much more. Do NOT get rid of the install CD that comes with it! It is very helpful.

I had to but a new printer as mine was broken, and though I really liked the brand.... it was no longer being made. This printer is not great for photos, and it doesn't use the HP Photo ink (which was a bummer), but for simple pictures if you use good photo paper it works well... another disadvantage is the WiFi aspect, since it can only be connected via WiFi or though a direct computer/printer connection.... some printers also have an Ethernet option so you can plug the printer directly into your network, so this printer loose connection a lot because our WiFi is not entirely reliable, and it can not be connected directly because of its location. Prints good documents though that's not really impressive... and it isn't really fast but certainly good for a home office. One cool feature was when it was installed it auto connected to my tablet so I could print from it as well.
