Photo tray makes loading paper very inconvenient. Groans growls after printing a page. Nice print quality. Super easy install. Never grabs just one sheet to print on, always 2-4 sheets.

Another HP Screw Up for the Consumer

As soon as the warranty ran out, the black print would not work anymore. When I took back to the Best Buy’s, they told me it was the print heads, not the cartridge that was bad, in were, the design, would not allow you to remove the print heads. After spending $60 on new cartridge just a week ago, I was force to buy another unit , to get my money worth on the new print cartridges. Little did I know, HP other little trick is you are force to use the (NEW CARTRIDGES) that come with the unit, before you can use the the old ones

This is the fourth all in one printer in two years. The first one stripped a gear just after the warranty expired. Bought a new one from Walmart. Same result after six months. This was replaced by HP with a remanufactured unit. Six month later same result and replaced by HP with remanufactured unit. I bought this one from Best Buy and it occasionally makes a grinding noise while printing so the jury is still out on how long it will last.

Needed a all-in-one in a hurry. This HP was pretty much all BB had in stock. Bought it. Does everything it should but does it "average". Speed for printing anything is slow.

I had to send it back to the company to get another one because it was showing that it was jammed but there was no jam. The second one has worked fine.

Still don't have all the kinks out. It's wireless but it seems like there are more steps to print a picture.

I didn't even start to load the ink in this one as it looked confusing to use. I was used to the two ink cartridges to install not 4 small ones.

Thinking about returning this printer. This is the second one I have had, as first quit working within a year of purchase. This one makes grinding noises like it is ready to fail, and has already misprinted several times. I cannot get it to print photos either. Not happy!!

We are on our second unit, and now this one is having the same problem. Once it goes into sleep mode, it does not wake up. We have to unplug the printer and then shut it down once it is reconnected. Evidently no one know why this happens, from the geek squad to the overseas tech's at HP. If I could find another Kodak AIO printer like my old one, I would buy that in a heart beat. Not satisfied with this model of HP

When the printer works, it prints fine. However, I have to use a cable to print anything. It always shows printer offline.

I had a Photosmart B210 prior to this printer and it was great and that is why I purchased another. This printer does not hold the wireless network connection. It says it is connected but to print you have to turn it off and then back on. Search the Internet and you will see this is a problem with most. Setting static ip does not work. I will be returning this printer and choosing a different brand.

Suspect Auto power-off feature to be the source of connectivity issue. Documents get hung up in printing que, but don't print. Need to re-boot PC and ensure printer is "on". Test picture printed fine during set up, but subsequent attempts to print pictures did not - photo paper would not auto-feed through printer.

    Didn't work with Windows 8

We bought this printer because my wife just got a new laptop with Windows 8, and the sales person told us our old printer (which, admittedly, is fairly ancient) wouldn't work with 8 and this new one would. Bundled with the laptop, the printer's price came down to under a hundred bucks, and we thought a wireless printer might be handy, so we bought it. I got the printer set up and was able to print a test page, but the next day when my wife tried to print something, Windows 8 reported that the printer was "offline", and nothing we did could get it to come back "online". I've had this same problem with HP printers before, so we just returned it rather than deal with the headache. To their credit, Best Buy gave us no hassle at all about returning it and gave us a full refund. BTW, it turns out that ancient printer did work with Windows 8 and has stayed "online" since we first set it up.
