EXCELLENT INKJET PRINTER AT FAMOUS BEST BUY PRICE

I just may follow-up with an updated review in the future, as I've thus far not had sufficient time to give this printer opportunities to exhibit all it can probably do. I can assert, though, it's evidently an excellent inkjet printer, loaded with great features, at a famous, very reasonable "Best Buy" price, along with superb "BBY" service. Moreover, while a laser printer is surely much more expensive yet yields crisper & cleaner image prints, this HP all-in-one inkjet printer functions remarkably well. If anyone is in my position, requiring a somewhat conveniently-sized wireless printing device, due to already possessing too much equipment in too little space, this serves to fit. All the same, it's an overall superb choice for nearly any printing need.

I'm not a tech geek, but I am pretty well versed in daily operation of my Mac and other equipment. My Canon printer was only two year old when it completely died, unlike previous Canon printers which lasted quite a bit longer. I got this HP @ Best Buy for $80, and it was very easy to install and configure for my wireless home network. Took about 15 minutes total. I've been using it daily for about a month with no problems. I don't do photos, so I can't speak to that function, but color and B&W copies are fine. I don't run a business, so my usage is only 1-10 pages a day, and this is more than adequate.

I was attempting to buy the HP 6510 but the store was having trouble getting it for me so went with the newer model (6520) instead. Set-up couldn't have been easier, maybe took 10-15 minutes total and it's been simple to use every time. I printed a photo, compared it to one I had professionally done and it looked just as good. I would definitely recommend this printer!

This printer has it all.. ! nice design, easy installation, touchscreen, wireless. You can connect different devices. The scanner is very easy to use. You can scan using your computer or directly from the printer and it gives you different options to save the documents (card, email, computer). It will also consolidate several pages in one document.
The ink cartridges are not expensive. Really good product

I would recommend this printer for anyone, but especially for a first time wireless printer buyer. It's easy to set up. The step by step instructions were very clear and easy to follow. This printer offers many options. The quality of the printing is great, even for the photos. The range for the wireless is very good. My printer is upstairs in a bonus room office and I can print from my laptop, iPhone, or iPad from anywhere downstairs.

Bought this to replace my old slow printer. Great price for what you get. Easy to set up, even for a non tech person like me. Love the fact that its wireless and prints really really nice pictures!

Since the day I saw this on their display rack, I really wanted one. So, I ended up taking one home to test it out. Im pleased with it so far, it's worked great for me and my music sheet printing and for my wife's couponing. The colors are vibrant and the printer seems like its made of real good quality. The only gripe I had is that I tried to set up the free e-fax when I initially got it and wasn't able to. So I called HP support and they where able to escalate my problem further up the chain and in 4 days I received a confirmation fax that I had been set up.
Aside from that, I like HP and that's why I buy HP printers only. Very useful especially when you can control them from your iOs device!!!!

I had problems setting this up initially. It hit the internet but not my network. It was my AVG firewall. I stopped that firewall service and used the Windows 7 firewall and everything worked fine. Now that it's up and running.
- Scanning was simple compared to my old Epson All in One. A few presses on the display and we're done.
- I've used the e-mail address for the printer to get personal documents I got at work printed out for my wife at home.
-I also used an iPad to send documents from the kitchen to the printer in the lower level. Flawless.
- The photos I printed have been great. I like having a dedicated photo paper tray. I read on the net that some people had issues getting photos to print on the pre-loaded photo paper, but that's because they didn't set the paper tray properly in the options.
Yes, the printer is noisy when printing as most inkjets are when they start up. Is it bearable? Yes.
I almost didn't buy this printer based on some of the negative comments, and I bought a 4 year service contract as some folks said it wouldn't last long. But it was on sale for a nice price so what the heck. I'm covered.
All in all, I'm very happy with this printer. Great quality printing and photos, easy scanning, great connectivity (to U-Verse with no issues). Go ahead. Buy it. What have you got to lose but the hour or so it'll take to set it up?

A great printer for the price. Set up was easy and I was able to connect to my network almost instantly. Printer works well printing wirelessly from my laptop and my smartphone. Printing is fast but can be a bit loud. I haven't used the printer long enough to comment on how long the ink lasts. I am happy with the purchase of this printer.

I like this printer, but don't know if it is anything special. I just use it for everyday use. I like that I can print wirelessly but you can do that with most printers now. It was fairly easy to set up and easy to use. Ink is a little expensive but I think that they all are. I have not tried the eprint yet, but the wireless printing from my laptop and my Ipad are really easy to do.

I bought the 6520 because of the wireless and fax features. I got it at a bargain price of $117...haha. I was comparing it with the 5520, because I was opting for a multitask printer and of good quality. The only big problem I saw is during the installation of the software. Upon start of the installation, you will be given several add-on softwares that are "pre-selected", which I thought was necessary for the printer driver to run. After a grueling 3 hours of multiple reboot and retry..I finally realized that those "pre-selected" add-ons shouldn't have been selected to prevent ".cab" errors..which was not posted on the instructions manual. It only gave out the idea of disabling the antivirus prior installation. If errors comes out even after disabling your antivirus, unselect all add-ons then go on with the installation process. I haven't consumed much of the ink, so I still have to observe. So far, it's quite a charm and fits perfect for my work area. I love it.

First Wireless Printer

Setup was easy, wireless included. Printing is relatively quiet. The interface feels a little cluttered with all the downloaded apps that I never use and the menus seem redundant and could of been made a little cleaner and concise, but that's a heavy critique. Besides printing I scan a lot of photos to email to transfer online, which is a nice feature when compared to my last printer (circa early 2000's). My main issue is that about every month or two the feature will completely fail, either failing during the scan or email. SO, what I have found to fix this is to reset all settings, including my email info and network settings, essentially restoring it back to factory settings. I then have to restore all my info in order to use the feature. It's a hassle and is the only annoying thing about this printer. I wish I could alleviate this issue indefinitely, but so far no luck.
