Bought this in emergency situation after my current printer died. This multi-function printer was an excellent price. It was a breeze to set up and features wireless printing from any mobile device. The touch screen is an added bonus. Print quality is excellent as is photo quality. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone seeking a 3 in one printer.

This printer was relatively inexpensive, but comes with some great features and is truely an all in one machine. It took very little time to set up and get it connected for wifi printing capabilities. The small size allows this printer to easily fit anywhere and the sleek design is rather appealing. The quality of the document and photo printing is excellent.

Once you figure out what this printer wants to do, it does a great job. The first time I printed a document, I had a paper jam. I couldn't figure out how to remove the paper as the back does not open like my previous HP printers did. (I've had several HP printers and don't want another brand . . . I just print a lot.) My daughter couldn't figure it out, either, so picked up the printer to look at it from a different angle and the paper was hanging out of the bottom. No problem with removing it. When the paper tray is not in the correct position, the screen message says "Push tray forward" so I read that as to push tray "back" toward the paper feed. I finally watched the video and in that, the tray was "pulled" forward. When I use the 4 x 6 paper tray, I now remove all paper in the main tray since I've had a couple other paper jams. I also readjust the paper in whatever tray I'm using after two copies have printed. When I cater to what the printer seems to like, I have no problems and the print quality is great! I'm happy this printer does not need the photo black along with the regular black ink. I haven't evaluated the ink consumption at this time because I did not originally purchase the 564XL. I didn't want to spend the additional money with my purchase and quickly went through 2 sets of the regular. I initially did a lot of photo printing.. I seem to be doing ok with the XL.

I needed a new easy to use printer; reliable which produced good color prints. It meets my needs for the photos I print; but when I need to add new paper, opening the front loader is a little bit of a hassle. It feels a bit flimsy, but it works great once I get the paper in it. I also found it used quite a bit of ink.... but for the price, this is a great deal, I would recommend it

This printer had everything I wanted - - wireless, 2-sided printing, individual print cartridges, photo ready. Price was right and setup was easy. Plugged it in and was printing within minutes - great for a beginner like me. Works from my I-pad mini as well. Photos come thru very clear. Paper loads easily and handles card stock well.

I needed a printer for my tablet and it's perfect. Easy to set up. Pictures look great even when copied on regular paper. I use alot to print recipes and coupons. Good size, not bulky. I have a $300.00 printer for my computer and it's definitely not as consumer friendly as this HP.

I got the printer for photo scanning and typical everyday printing via wireless network. Printing options are all great, with individual ink wells for colors so no more waste. Includes a touchpad very much like a smart phone which has apps and makes printing fun and easy. Printing (wireless and email via the cloud) from PC, MacBook, iPhone all simple and quality is excellent. Wireless scanning is also flawless. Only downfall is the HP software. When scanning multiple photos it does NOT turn them into multiple scans automatically. I have to crop them back into individual photos. Makes for a lot of work, otherwise I must scan individual photos in eat a time. Wish there was a way around this since scanning is my primary reason for buying. But I won't return it because I think the printer as a whole is worth the price.

After our Kodak printer kept malfunctioning, we bought this HP printer. We print photos as well as documents. We also wanted a wireless printer so our daughter could print from her laptop and stay off our computer! This printer was easy to set-up for both of us! The quality is excellent and no problems so far. Not looking forward to buying 3 ink cartridges for it though. Haven't had to yet, so we'll see.

I have had the same hp printer to about 8 years when it finally broke. However, the wireless feature never worked and things broke over time. The price of this printer was good. It is lighter weight than my other, which was also a photosmart, and smaller. The digital touch screen is clear and easy to use. The ink is cheap and only uses 4 cartridges. It prints color photos quickly. Very happy with this purchase.

Awesome printer! Set it up in 5 minutes. Didn't even hook it up to my laptop. Wi-fi connection was simple, worked immediately, and never drops the connection. The iOS AirPrint is amazing. I put the printer in the kitchen, and now I print photos of my kids directly from phone all the time. So simple. Photo quality is great. The HP app store is really cool too. My kids love getting the comics every morning. You can set it up to print each morning at a certain time. Overall, great printer. I'd buy it again.

Better access for getting the paper out during paper jams. Putting in the ink cartridges is not too bad, but is a little harder to snap them in. Will print in strange colors, when colors run out. Takes up less space on the table and not as noisy as the older HP photosmart printer that we had used. Prints at a good rate. Good buy for the price.

I have always been a fan of HP. I love their speed, features, price and the fact that they're always evolving! When I bought this printer, I bought it primarily because of its AirPrint capabilities. Sometimes I don't really wanna bring out my laptop, boot it up and then search for what I'm printing. I love this feature most especially but there's also the speed and the value. Great little printer and value for your money. If you are someone who needs the fax feature however, look for another model as this one does not have it but other than that it was all great!

Printer is easy to set up and use. Nice that it is wireless, so I can have desktop and laptop computers both attached to it at the same time. LCD screen makes using it a snap. It is good that the color cartridges are separate-saves ink. 2 sided printing is quick, and saves paper. I use it for both document and photo printing.
