great buy on a computer

I really like this printer

The photo tray is conveniently atop the paper tray so no need to add photo paper each time and to adjust the paper tray for photos. The printer is FAST for home usage and the colors are vivid and lovely.

Great all around printer

HP 6520 uses 564 ink cartage is cheaper to operate than the HP 61, 62 ink cartage. The printer is a good general home everyday use. It can be setup as a remote printer (WI-FI)

replaced an old HP printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After my old printer wore out it's printer heads,I decided to buy another similar version of my HP photo printer.Luckily Best Buy had a newer model on sale for 119.00 Glad I bought it .Not only did it still use the 564 HP ink cartridges but the newer features were great to use.Also since I have an HP laptop it tells me of troubleshooting problems if I can't figure out why my printer stops working properly.

Quality photos and documents, quick and easy.

The photos are great and the documents come out fast and clean. For the money, HP does not disappoint. Prints, scans and copies, that is what I wanted and that is what I got. Great deal.

Great overall printer

It is fast and the colors look good. Occasionally it has a little line through the middle of the line that doesn't print but it is very new and hasn't had a settle in time yet. Easy to use and printing from internet/phone directly is a nice feature.

Very good home printer

HP was the only way to go for us. My wife does a lot of document printing and we have had very good luck with HP printers. It also does very good photo printing for the greeting cards my wife makes. Saves a lot instead of paying $ for store bought cards.

Nice print quality

I had to have the computer man set it up for wireless because I could not. I already went through a black ink unless the ones that come with it are not full? It makes a loud noise when the cartridges are returning to the left side of the printer. I don't know what that is. It prints nicely but for as much printing as I do I think I might have made a mistake because of using a lot of ink. I don't know we'll see. I have not printed any pictures yet.

Since I usually print only text, the extra paper tray for 5 x 7 photo paper is something I rarely use. What occurs to me is that many other photo formats are common, so dedicating to that one size seems unnecessary. The printer does print very well and with reasonable speed. It is certainly value for the price.
