Have trouble staying connected to print wireless. Unless turn printer off

This printer is awesome. We have children at home and were able to schedule jobs to print. Almost everyday they get some kind of puzzle or coloring page. It prints very good pictures, and the scanner is an added benefit.

This is an acceptable personal printer. It is made in China and you should get the extended warranty because things can go wrong. I could recommend this to a friend, but NOT with the bold statement you wanted to include with an exclamation point.

The pictures are great. The on/off toggle switch is small/dark, and the printing is slow. I wish the ink would last longer. I wouldn't shop any where else but Best Buy. The staff is wonderful, great service, and great warranties. Love my Geek Squad.

Good printer for price and my purposes. Little noisy but quick enough.

I have really enjoyed my printer. I have printed off legal and regular iteams. also pictures and they come out looking like the orginal ones. I am grateful for the sales man who helped me to deside what I wanted He helped me choose the best one for photos and paper copies,.

one heck of a printer, does everything you need out of a printer. havn't had any problems.

I like the printer. The photo quality is good, but I mostly use it for document printing and for photocopying. The print quality is very good. It sometimes disconnects from the computer, but I don't know where this software problem is arising from.

Great home printer for documents and occasional photos. Wouldn't want this printer for printing a lot of photos. The print speed and quality are very good. I bought this printer so I could print from my iPad and iPhone, and couldn't be more pleased.

I love the fact that i can be in a different room from were the computer is and the printer will print any thing I send her to print. Also the quality of the pictures are great. And if I need to scan a picture or a document I am able to because it has one. It has been a great buy.

I chose this model because it took the same ink cartridges as my old hp printer that stopped working after about 3 years. So far, I am happy with the purchase. I don't print photos, but it has worked for everything I have tried to print.

This is our 2nd Photosmart. First stopped working but we were able to replace if with Best Buy warranty. I loved the first printer and the 2nd for ease of use, but am very concerned about durability when loud noises come from within when printing.

bought this printer about a month ago. We have been living in various places and needed a portable printer that had good features but didn't take up a lot of space. Love this printer. Easy to print from iPhone or iPad. Love the scan to email feature. Overall very happy with it.

Needed a printer for printing resume. This one is great at documents.

Good value great print! Would recommend to others as it is great for wireless printer. Scans quickly and clearly. I love my new printer! Setup took les than 5 minutes. Refill cartridges are reasonable although I haven't had to buy any yet!

This is smaller than my older printer and has many great features. Can also print from a smartphone and can send a fax without a landline.

Happy with my purchase.. Will continue to shop at Best Buy and recommend to friends..
