This printer was very easy to set up. Photos printed on it look great. I made black and white photos and color.. Every one of them look very nice. The scanner is fast. It's a little noisier than my last printer but not too bad.

Like the wireless feature. Less wires around my computer. Easy to get the wireless set up. Prints faster than my older photo printer. There is a second tan/brown tray on this printer. Looks like it is to be used for photo printing. Cannot figure out how to work it or get it to work. I have to use the bottom tray to print 5 x 7 and 4 x 6 pictures.

Really pleased with this printer. Very easy to set up and does it all.
Prints, makes copies and scans and then can send copy or scanned copy to computer or to a SD card.
Very easy to use and very pleased.
Highly recommended.

We could not believe how easy this was to set up. Instructions were clear on the printer and way to install on the computer. The quality of print is good. Scanning mode is good too. Only downside is frequent paper jams.

I haven't been able to test it to the fullest yet. But so far I like it. Easy to use but does not work directly with iPhone 5. I had to down load hp app to make it print from iPhone.

This printer does everything I need and does it well. I have printed long documents, greeting cards and membership cards. The colors (and the black) are vibrant and alignments are perfect. I love the touch screen and the fact it not only goes to sleep but shuts itself off after a while if I do not use it. The copy function works perfectly as does the scan. I it is so nice to have all of these functions in one printer.

Works great, pretty easy set-up even though the instructions stunk. It makes more noise than my old printer but with wireless printing the printer doesn't need to be anywhere close,

I had another printer and I NEVER was able to get a decent print out of it. I tried everything. The cost of inks was killing me (making so many test prints which never came out right). I finally decided it was time to dump it and was delighted to find an HP on Sale.
Not only does my new HP give me great prints but it's SMALLER, takes up less space than my other huge lump of a printer. Mind you, the other printer, I was told, was the greatest. I do not think I will EVER buy an Epson again. Oh, and btw, my Dad had an HP printer. I inherited it after he died. It was very old and VERY used. Still worked like a charm. I used it till it eventually died at a ripe old age. I hated to see it go. Loved that printer too. Thanks HP!

This printer was purchased for a student who was easily able to set this up without any help. It prints very clearly and the pictures are of nice quality too. The price of the printer was very reasonable.

A most excellent wireless printer with features in much more expensive units! Has 4 individual ink cartridges for easier control of colors and has a touch screen interface with many options!

The print quality on this printer is good - I can't deny that. But it goes through ink very quickly and it's $40-ish to replenish the supply each time. It also takes a very long time to boot up, and on occasion, has trouble printing via Wi-Fi. The scanning to e-mail is also hit and miss. When it works, it's fantastic... scan, send it to your e-mail, and have an e-mail copy for safe keeping and print/save from there. That being said, it only works about 50% of the time for us.

I purchased this printer to replace a Dell printer. The first thing I noticed was the ease in getting this set-up for either wired or wireless printing. I have printed documents and photos. The speed of document printing is more than acceptable. Photo speed is somewhat slower, but acceptable. I have yet to purchase ink; I will do that shortly. The cost and accessabilty of ink was one of the problems with my Dell printer. The other is that it ceased functioning when out of warranty.

Perfect solution for a second home printer

Purchased the unit for my wife to use as a second networked printer in the house that would be located in her office area. Our main printer, an HP 8600, is quite far away and thus inconvenient. Went with a networked printer for flexibility. She wanted a simple and relatively small printer for documents and web pages of stuff she was looking at, usually to buy. The 6520 was the right size and had the right features. The setup was simple and easy (compared to the agonizing setup process for networked printers of just a few years ago) and was completed in just a few minutes. Print quality is fine for our use. The only downside is one that applies to all - the cost of the ink!

Setup and getting it running was a breeze. However you must use the hp app to print from the phone or tablet. The app acts like a browser so if your using your regular browser and then want to print something you have to go back, sign into hp app bring up item again to get it to print. This was not really hard but was annoying. It also would print the seconded page of the email in landscape and the first page in portrait. Printer was quiet, quick and did have 2 paper trays, one for regular size sheets and one for 4x6 photo paper.

Easy to use and operate, Paper loading is an east process. Two-sided printing is a big advantage, easy to turn on and off as required. Exterior design is good. Ink cartridge replacement is easy. Overall an excellent product.
