Good printer for basic printing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had to replace a 4 year old OfficeJet that would not print black any more. I am giving HP one last shot with this printer as each past printer last for shorter lifespans. This printer is quicker and quieter than our old Officejet, but it seems to jam a fair amount. But, we do "recycle" paper and sometimes this happens when printing on the backside of a page already printed. We do like it better than our old OfficeJet, but we will be monitoring the frequency of the jams.

everything you need for home use.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this one month ago.Purchased on sale $30 off, so price was great. My first wireless and I love it. I tested the on screen apps by printing from a coupon app. I had a problem with the printer printing from that app all by it's self for a couple of weeks. Found out that you can set it to print automatically every 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, etc. Just had to cancel for that app and haven't had that problem again. Actually it's a cool feature. It is also a lot quieter than my last HP. Photo & scan features are easy to use.

Very good photo printer for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm really happy with this printer. Easy to setup and easy to print from my Android phone using the free HP ePrint application from HP. I would definitely recommend it.

great printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have only had this printer a month but so far I am impressed. It only takes 3 color cartridges and print outs very nice photos with people in it, nice enough to frame. The start up time is extremely fast and setup was a snap, this is a vast improvement over my faulty Canon printer that was fairly new and is now garbage due to B200 errors. So far I love this HP printer. I also love the fact that it is an eprinter so that I can email it anything and the print will be waiting for me at home! Bonus!!

Great home printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My old printer had died and I saw this on sale. I picked it up expecting it to be just average. This is a great home printer, as it is designed to use larger ink boxes. The wireless is really convienient. This also faxes and copies - items you don't think you need until you do. it's a bit slow on higher quality jobs and takes a minute to set itself up when turned on, so i wouldn't recommend it for high volume jobs. The touch screen is mistake proof. All in all, I really like this printer. A great home unit.

Great value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While the ink cartridges are pricey the quality of the printing and ease of use is why we bought this and the price was very inexpensive. This is our second one. Not sure what happened with the first one but it didn't work after our move so it must have gotten damaged and was cheaper to just replace than get it repaired. I would definitely recommend it. The other main reason we bought it is because of wireless printing for my iPad and phone.

pretty good printer and value for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been pretty happy with all my HP Photosmart printers. I've bought 4 different ones (for myself, my mom, and two daughters). This one was for my daughter for her college dorm. I was surprised that this particular printer did not have a standard network jack, only a direct-to-computer USB 2.0 connector. And I was even more surprised to discover that it didn't even come with the USB cable! That's a cheap move on HP's part, since purchasing one separately definitely adds to the overall cost. Perhaps HP assumed this printer would always be used in a wireless setting. The problem is, my daughter's dorm (and probably many others) doesn't allow personal wifi routers in the dorm. They are required to use the university's own wireless network for security reasons. But this printer is not capable of connecting to the university's wifi network, due to the way its bozo admins have set up its authentication requirements. In the end, I had to scramble to buy a 10 foot cable at a local Walmart at 1am on a Sunday night, then rearrange the location of the printer to be next to the computer, just so my daughter could use it. Would still recommend it for its features and simplicity, but just be mindful your connectivity requirements.

Just what I was looking for
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer is just what I was looking for. It does a great job on photos and regular printing. I love that it has wi-fi and I don't have to have it connected directly to my laptop. It was very easy to set up and is very user friendly. The only problem I have experienced with this printer is that, once in a while, it will pull in multiple sheets of paper at the same time, which necessitates reprinting. I am really enjoying this printer.

Great Wireless Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great printer, It replaced my older HP Wifi Printer because I needed one that works with Google Chromebook, Androids, Mobile etc.. This uses 4 cartridges and I am about to run out of the factory provided ink that came with it when I first purchased it. Prints great and was all setup without a PC. I eventually installed the Printer software later. Wished the DPI was higher but I got it on sale so I will give it 4/5.

I like it, but..........
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has been a good printer. Like the compact size and quality of the printing. However, the two issue have been the wireless connectivity often needs reregistered which requires running through the install again. And, this purchase is a replacement for the same model. The print head failed on the previous one and could not resolve the error even after cleaning, but it may have been due to use of after market ink.

Where have you been all my life?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer does it all! It walks you through the initial set up. Then connecting wirelessly is equally painless. I can now print from my netbook, laptop, desktop, and all of our iPhones. Plus I can scan directly to email, which saves a bunch of steps when sharing articles and pics. Or, I can print pics I receive on my phone without having to copy and email and download. It is about time technology caught up. I just got it, so I haven't had to buy paper or ink- of course I'm dreading that :(

The printer has been excellent.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this printer. Works great wirelessly with my MAC. The only thing that I don't like is you have to manually pull out the paper holder for copies, otherwise, they fall on the floor. Scared to leave the paper holder out as it could easily get broken (us hitting it or the cat trying to walk on it). That is the only complaint I have about the printer. Otherwise, it is great!

great printer and copier
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best thing with this printer is that i am able to print from my iPad and and my iPhone. Also the way it will print and or copy 2 sided, this is the best printer for everyday printing I have ever had.

Great printer for the home.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer works like a champ. It was very easy to install and set up the printer on my wireless network and I have just average tech savvy. The print quality is very good, even for photos. The speed is much better than the Photosmart C6380 that I upgraded from. (Yeah, I know I ended a sentence with a preposition.) It comes with ink and only needs four cartridges since it doesn't need the black photo ink like my C6380 did. I don't think you can get a better printer for the money.

Good printer, with some questions remaining
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mostly easy to set up, though we seem to be having some trouble hooking up with the associated fax capability. Don't yet know how the ink supply/cost per sheet will prove out. Bought it largely to connect with tablet device via wireless network, and that works easily and smoothly.
