The design was fantastic the sound is perfect but this device is not design for listen music loud is for make excellent calls the battery if was full charge have long for 6-8 hours they charge are very quick too in less than 1 hour is full charge and if you drive too much this is perfect for you because don’t need to be distract taking the phone only with the controls the headset set you can control everything with one touch

I don’t know if it was just mine or not but I could never get this to work after the first day. Bought it to use for my phones for work and my personal phone for when I’m driving around for work. It connected to both phones no problem. Got the firmware updated but after the first couple of days it would randomly disconnect from calls for a few seconds and then reconnect. It was annoying especially when you’re driving around and can’t do anything until it reconnects. I ended up just returning it. Still looking for something else. The price was okay, the quality of the calls when it stayed connected was good and honestly pretty easy to use overall but the random disconnects was the big reason I turned this to a 1 star review

For my purposes, this was a great choice! The earpiece provides clear speech, on both the received and spoken content. The noise cancellation is effective, without sounding unnatural. I would have liked a pouch for the device, but I searched and found one for a reasonable price from a third party. Overall, the device is practical, compact and of good quality. I purchased it because I wanted a safer way of taking longer calls on my phone without having it close to my ear. Using the phone in speaker mode isn't always practical in all environments and the sound quality is not always acceptable. The use of this earpiece solves these problems nicely.

I use this for work and, it's been subjected to all types of weather. It's been in mud, tossed around, stepped on and it still works. Long battery life too...it's a beast

I don’t necessarily like the design. It coukd be a little more sleek. I purchased this Bluetooth because the choices for a noise canceling device like this, having only use in one ear, is scarce. Most earbuds are now designed with a pod in each ear. Strange as that may seem, I don’t like it. Therefore, this one was chosen somewhat by default. One of my biggest dislikes is that it doesn’t announce callers in my contact. The only reason this purchase was made is b/c I wanted something that was reasonably priced that was noise canceling. I’m having buyer’s remorse, and considering this is the most expensive one I’ve purchased to date, it’s a bit disappointing.

Love it. I asked the young man which one would he recommend and I purchased it. I then went over to the Geek Squad and they set me up on my phone to use it. It's great.

These are the best over the ear BT headsets. They have great sound and noise cancelling. The only downside is that the microphones begin to fail after 6 months when exposed to sweat or moisture.

This Bluetooth works great at the beginning, but the sound quality is not all that and it tends to stop working at about 7 to 8 months after of use

It is sturdy and reliable. Loose, comfortable with clear sound. Could be a little louder.

I have had other ear pieces by this brand and have had no problems. However, this one does not always connect to my phone when answering calls. Other than that it is ok.

I Love This Headset! Great Sound! A little bulky on the ear but the talk time is Awesome along with the Standby time.
