Great color and contrast, and it's very glossy. Personally I prefer the soft-gloss version, but that's just my preference. This paper is RC (resin-coated) paper (also true of the soft-gloss Premium Plus), which adds water resistance (it's very good at this) and substantially increases the photo's longevity , a big plus for those wanting archival quality photographs.

No need to rip off strips and seems to hold its color well over time. It can be a bit expensive, so watch for sales - which can get up to 50% off. That is when I stock up.
