Love it. It's small and compact, doesn't get very hot at all, even under heavy loads. I bought this specific one because it came with windows 7. Not a fan of Windows 8 or ten and this had all the features I needed for a good price. It is in great physical shape despite being refurbished. Very happy with what I got

Very poor quality. Example: stickers from keyboard's key coming off; key does not match with letter or symbol.

I did a great deal of research before purchasing this laptop. I am very happy with my choice and have no reservations about the product being refurbished. I would do this again and am recommending purchasing a laptop this way to my daughter.

I like the size and weight of this laptop. Computer came in a very sturdy shipping box. There were no scratches or visible "dings" in the case and the computer was very clean. Love the brushed metal top. Everything works perfectly. I like the keyboard light, which is handy when I need to use it in places where the lighting is very low. Like the feel of the keyboard, which has spaces between the keys, so fat-fingering the keyboard is a lot less likely with this computer. Can't lose with a 1 year parts and labor warranty. Sound, video and gigabit ethernet components are very good for down streaming movies and videos. Very nice computer overall.
