The product was in good condition when delivered and wooing fine since last 3 months

I misunderstood the product. I thought it was an unused open box item but it is a reconditioned used product that was wiped clean and reinstalled with an unreliable windows operating system. I had difficulty bringing windows updates up to date which took most of the day. I occasionally received a message the hard drive was damaged when booting up. Upon installing the software it was purchased to use, it went to a blue screen. I purchased 3 units and hope to return them all.

This laptop is decent. I was honestly extremely hesitant in regards to purchasing a refurbished laptop, however, a gentleman I am acquainted with recommended that I buy one from a reputable site. I'm glad I listened to him because I got a laptop that runs fairly well. I think it's a good deal.

I'm a Mac user but needed a PC for some projects. This HP does everything I need. I do like Windows 7 over 10 but that's just me. For what I need it's the best buy at the price

I ordered the lap top, received it and it did not have an HDMI port or the advertised number of USB ports. They said they would ship another one, they did, and it was no better than the firs one. I purchased a gift card specifically for the purpose of buying this on line. I am now stuck with a gift card that I will never use. I will not buy from Best Buy again.
