    durable! It's fallen a couple feet on to wood floors multiple times with no foreseeable damage. I downloaded HD Writer with no problems (but haven't tried using it yet) This laptop should theoretically have the ram and storage space to work with. I use this thing multiple times a day and it's doing great so far.

    My HP laptop came preloaded, as advertised. It spools up quickly and does everything I want and need. I needed more of a business machine than an entertainment device.

    Watch out for the touchpad that will turn off if you tap on the far top left corner. I thought the laptop was broken and then I went on line and found it that the user can unknowingly disable the touchpad. If the tiny yellow light is on, then you have disabled it.
