Great laptop, bad support

Very happy with it's appearance and performance. I've been using it every day for the past month for work and haven't had a single issue with performance. The aluminum chassis seems durable, and there are plenty of ventilation vents on the bottom to keep it cool. HP support, on the other hand, is VERY frustrating. Hours spent on the phone trying to get the extended warranty I purchased registered to the product. No dice, their whole process is crap. Trying to register the product to my HP account was also a total blunder. The website wouldn't register my product with the product number on the bottom of the laptop and support couldn't figure it out. Eventually I tried a random number that came up in the HP support assistant INSTEAD of my product number and it worked. Totally frustrating waste of time. In short: great laptop, VERY mediocre support team.
