Computer OK, external hard drive is plastic case

The external hard drive and charging cable are useless. The hard drive is a piece of plastic with an led light in it and the charging cables work for one second and stop charging. Complete waste. I sent back the hard drive and now asking for entire computer to be returned. I don't think so. Just send the replacement hard drive.
