    I got the because it said it had a i5 9th gen. In fact it had a i5 4th gen to manny conflicting issues with what the speck list says. Will be returning this asap

    Slow, wouldn’t stay connected to WiFi. Had some difficulty waking from sleep mode. Wouldn’t take another chance on a refurbished model.

    After reading both reviews on this machine, I unchecked "refurbished" in my search filters. This is STILL the first i5 HP laptop that came up.
