    great product over all. i alwsys buy refurbished computers at best buy coz it gives you a chance to get a more expensive product at a reasonable price. it works just as the same as a brand new itwm.

    The item will not turn on therefore it is unusable. The power cord does not put out the correct power needed for the computer, even with a working power cord the system did not turn on.
