    It functions great. I'm always Cautious to purchase refurbished items but I did my research and this processor meets my expectation. I am pleased with my purchase and I've had no issues with it.

    Would not boot to WIndows straight out of the box. 20-minute hold to JOY support before being told a tech would call me (no specified date/time). Later received voice mail impossible to understand (broken English) giving me an email address - why? no idea. Obviously workmanship is shoddy and machines are not inspected prior to shipment. Absolutely zero support from the vendor after the sale.
