This is very fast for my needs and online games. Is not a gaming machine. I bought this for the price and a step up to more speed and storage. No Wi-Fi for those who want to know. Need to be aware does have DVD drive but I could not play a movie disc. Missing a needed item. I can buy the program but I did not buy it for that. Read and installed my programs. Streams great. So far no problems. I am very happy with my choice.

the PC desktop arrived earlier than expected, was well packed, easy to change out from the old one, windows 10 works super and is a great upgrade from the old PC, more memory I might ever need, but super fast speed, great color display, I am very pleased with it.

This device was horrible The computer crashed first time we tried to use it. The warranty department was a joke. The computer was out of warranty before it was delivered to my house. I was told I have 2 weeks to warranty out the computer from day of purchase. It took 2 weeks to be delivered to my house. Was able to talk a manager at the local store into letting us return it. They still didn’t give the full amount of the original purchase price back. My advice is buy in store not online.

THAT PICTURE IS WHAT I ORDERED - IT IS NOT THE SAME AS THE ITEM I RECEIVED !! WHAT I DID REC WAS COMPARABLE - BUT I DON'T LIKE THE IDEA THAT YOU CAN CHANGE MY ORDER AT YOUR WHIM.

Nice and clean used computer but only 500gb hdd instead of 1tb. Somewhat satisfied.

Bought a refurbished tower. It’s not too large and it fits nicely under my computer desk. Going to be using it for remote access only so far it’s going great! No issues with setting it up.

It was booting up into DOS. Vicki from PLANIT ROI Had me send it back to them for repair. ($17.00 out of my pocket) I was told that it would ship out back to me last Monday and I would get a tracking number. I call them today to inform them of the situation and now it will be here next Tuesday and I have a tracking number. What a fiasco....

Great product for price. Very fast and efficient. Perfect for home PC and personal use.

Windows 10 home install wasn't activated, so I need to spend more than i paid for the computer to get an activation key.

Not a tower style as pictured at all. I returned it immediately because a desktop style will not fit in my space and subsequently saw some other reviewers had the same issue with this refurbisher. Shame on you!

Computer has problems booting up. Sometimes will only stay on the blue HP screen and other times you can't get to the log in screen. The few times it did boot correctly it was extremely slow. I'm thinking the refurbisher is not properly quality checking the products.

i really love this computer but it is not the one shown which is the one i ordered.

This has worked great for me just to browse the internet and do photos and copy and scan and everything that I need.

ethernet card did not work, when ordered it took 3 days to get cpu and it was going to take 8 o 10 weeks min to repair. not good for customer service

Refurbished Compaq; arrived in a timely manner, no complaints about the condition of the equipment or the packaging so far!
