Crashed after booting up once

It's not done by Best Buy, but some third party company. I booted it up once, said it was doing updates, and then shut down. Attempts to turn it on resulted in loud beeps and blinking red light from tower. Obviously not tested well before releasing it.

Very Slow

When I looked into returning the item, after a week (maybe two) the option to return was no longer available. I regret purchasing this. Since it is so slow, which is very frustrating, I plan on recycling this purchase and starting over. I wasted my money.

Sheer Frustration
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had the computer 2 days and Windows went out. In order to reinstall, you have to download a tool from Microsoft and reinstall on dead computer. However, in order to do this you need another computer to download the file AND enough memory on your extra computer to do the download. Customer service not much help. Of course, I could always box the computer up and ship it at my cost to the repair center in New Jersey with a two week turnaround. At this point, I am having someone else download the tool I need to reinstall Windows 10 and we will see how that goes. Frustrated. Wanted to love this product and leave a good review.
