    I have had no issues with the desktop everything works perfectly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the desktop lacks the wireless option. Minor inconvenience.

    I received this refurbished PC very quickly. It works fine out of the box. Activation of Windows 10 was not a problem. I expect this to be my main computer. I have seven computers. This is the third refurbished computer I have bought that was refurbished by Joy Systems. All have worked well.

    I purchased this computer in may, the hard drive crashed in October. took it to a friend who does repairs to find the hard drive couldn't be reset. Best buy, HP, & joysystems.com did nothing but try to send me to each other. threw the computer in the trash & bought a Lenovo from office max. don't waste your time or money !!

    I received it,turned it on.. It went to do some updates and errored out. Best Buy Geek Squad said they couldn't do anything with software issues. JoySystems, the company that does the Refurbished computer never answered their phone and their voice mail was always full.
