    Wife's old machine was slowing down, and this one not only has the power but the expandability to give her the power for many years. Dependable and quite, this machine was a great purchase !

    The computer received was not the same as computer in picture online and the hard drive is already making bad noises. Unfortunately it is past 2 weeks and can not return. Now need to deal with warranty company to get it replaced.

    The product has performed as well as expected. My only issue is with Microsoft that thinks one must have only one base of operation tied to a phone that is accessible 24 hours from any foreign location (ie phone or text site). It took more than a month to have this changed so I was restricted on access to my data and apps (ie contact list, skype, etc)
