Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this computer fits my needs, has a slight scratch on top of case but it is refurbished, inside the box everything was spotless looks new if I was to say anything negative it would be windows 7 updates are a pain but that is Microsoft, overall a very good experience

Be aware that the PC does not have a 6th generation Core i5 processor. It has a 2nd generation Core i5 (Core i5-2500). The casing is also a normal size desktop case, as pictured, not the Mini tower as described in the "specifications". Best Buy does not take responsibility for the "manufacturers" providing incorrect specifications. Buyer beware!

Hard Drive crashed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this computer in may, the hard drive crashed in October. took it to a friend who does repairs to find the hard drive couldn't be reset. Best buy, HP, & joysystems.com did nothing but try to send me to each other. threw the computer in the trash & bought a Lenovo from office max. don't waste your time or money !!
