I had boot problems with it and had it replaced from the refurbisher (Joy Systems) twice. It's up and running just fine now and I commend Joy Systems for the care and responsive service. It has the features I want, 16G memory, 1TB drive and extra drive bays and slots for expandability.

Just the ticket tower, the best of old and new

This has the I7 chipset and PCI slots and it fits in my Rolltop desk so I'm quite happy. Works great, much faster and more memory.

Great computer, no problems

Though it is mostly used for browsing, homework and iTunes, we do occasionally use it for streaming Netflix and gaming (mostly mmorpg's) and it has worked very well.

Love my PC and windows 10!

satisfaction is lacking

Great HP Computer

It is very fast with the Intel i7 microprocessor and 16 GB of RAM. One TB hard drive for lots of storage. Great sound and video. Powerful Windows 10 Pro. Excellent computer for the money.
