    I would give this product ZERO starts if this site would allow that, due to awful support from HP, convoluted software, and the device's inability to stay connected to a wireless network. Not to mention, the device's inability to stay on period. It always shuts down after a minute of non-use, which contributes to its inability to stay connected to a network. I thought pairing an HP printer to an HP desktop made sense. Unfortunately, I was wrong.

    Printer broke just after 3 months of usage. Mind you, it was used mainly for printing 4-5 pages a MONTH (like recipes and such). Very disappointing. I don't need a fancy printer for an office, but something that can perform and give me those 4-5 pages a month.

    DO NOT buy this piece of junk. Wireless? Yeah right. You will have lucky moments where it will pick up. The HP support software? Non existent. This is the second printer I received after the first one only lasted 3 months. The rollers failed to roll the paper in therefore causing a jam. The new printer only lasted 5 months with the SAME problem. Save yourself multiple headaches and buy a different printer. It's not worth it!

    Connectivity Great! Printing, Not So Great. After cartridges are half, the ink is drying out. I have to submerged under water, to make it working. One or to pages, are printed out, More, not so good.
