And the hard drive is actually 2TB instead of 1TB as advertised. But… At first, Windows 7 would not verify activation. I spent an hour on their (Joy Systems) help line as my position in line dropped from 14 to 8, at which time they announced their business hours were over and they disconnected. ( And since number 7 took the last twenty minutes, I suspect they just stopped answering early.) The video on their web site didn’t help. Finally, I noticed the date on the screen was 2005. I corrected that and Win7 verified OK. But next time I turned the computer on, the date was 2005 again indicating the CMOS battery was bad. All OK now with the replacement. But they get one star off for their customer support and the fact that a ‘reconditioned’ PC should have had a new CMOS battery installed. PS: Why does this insist on using 'Hallet' as the Nickname?

This machine was primarily purchased for light duty such as Email, Word Processing and billing in a remote office. Performs exceptionally well for the purposes it was bought for.

This old thing was cheap and worked great it was fast and reliable

I needed a Windows 7 to work my program. Works great.

I returned the computer because I didn't realize there was no set up for wireless.

The hard drive sounded like a weed racket so I returned it rather than deal with problems down the road. Also experienced one event where it went non responsive and required a hard reboot

We could not get the video card to work with some of the games we wanted to load. We called the store for assistance, but the tech help was awful. We returned it.
