My only concern to date is that the computer doesn't completely shut-down when I shut it down. It does appear to shut down initially and all the lights go off. When I go to restart it in the morning the upper little light is on. I click my mouse and the computer starts. I don't know why this happens. With my other computers I'd need to push a start button to energize it.

Computer has tons of storage space super fast when running programs,very easy out of the box set up just a great product...

Some times there is a small triangle area in which the text will not display. I don't know if this is a problem with the monitor or the computer. Other than that, It works great.

Easy to setup it's comes with Windows 10. Seems to be as good as one that's new. All in all it's a great value for your money. Comes with a new wireless keyboard and mouse. Excellent buy for everyday use.

I purchased this tower to use for work at home. I only use it for internet use and checking emails. The tower is pretty quiet. No issues so far with it besides it being a little slow at times.

This desk top is exactly as advertised. I had a small issue finding something but GEEK Squad helped me over the phone. It was a Windows X issue and me not being really familiar with it....all is good now and I am enjoying my computer.

excellent option and at a good price, I did not know that for the same price included keyboard and mouse. Daily use and without any problem, for those seeking quality at a good price is an excellent option.

Excellent computer, clear visuals, quick response time

its a piece of junk and had hard time turning it off so i got a new 1 get rid of refurished junk.i turn off and 10 minutes later it back on when i didnt touch it

We are going to need to return this item - it freezes up and is too slow. We are just using it for office email and applications, not anything demanding lots of speed or memory. Regret we will have to return it.

I was very pleased when this arrived and it worked for about 10 days fine then it would not turn on. I tried everything but it would not turn on so I contacted the refurbishing company Joy who sent this computer and is contracted by Best Buy. I called and was placed on hold and never spoke to anyone after 40 minutes I hung up. I sent them an Email with not response so, I called Best Buy and set up an apt. but due to coronovirus it was more then two weeks before I could get in to see someone. I decided to return the product to Best Buy. I am very pleased with the understanding that I had when I returned it. I have used Best Buy for many years but I would not recommend Joy inc.

Works fine for being a refurbished PC. It was clean out of the box. My kid uses it for school work and light gaming. It did not have wireless. It did have an ethernet port, however. I placed a wireless adapter in a usb port and it works fine.

I purchased this receiver to use as a server to store my movie library. It is a very basic unit but it does what I purchased it for. I am having one issue but I think it is a windows issue not a hardware issue.

Wife’s desktop was dying so I ordered the refurbished unit delivered to the store. The Geek Squad moved her files from the old one to this one. This new one has windows 10 - which takes time to figure out.

Although the computer was a referbish , I thought it would have been updated as much as possible. I did not feel it was. I would not buy a referbish again.

With school closures I bought this PC so my son can do his school work. I already had a monitor and the computer came with mouse and keyboard. Would definitely buy a refurbished item through HP and Bestbuy

I had to replace a previous computer that hard drive failed. Upgraded to this model and it works very well no complaints so far.
