    The refurbished computer that I purchased replaced a 15 year old computer. This new one is faster and the picture quality is much better.

    Great service, excellent deal. My refurbished HP unit was purchased through Best Buy, and fulfilled through Joy Systems. I was able to get my wife a very powerful machine for a very decent price. I waited a while to do my review (purchased the unit in late October 2017) because I wanted to make sure she was truly happy with it. It performs excellent!

  • Hard Drive crashed

    I purchased this computer in may, the hard drive crashed in October. took it to a friend who does repairs to find the hard drive couldn't be reset. Best buy, HP, & joysystems.com did nothing but try to send me to each other. threw the computer in the trash & bought a Lenovo from office max. don't waste your time or money !!
