I've had the computer for just under a month. It is everything I wanted it to be. It boots up fast, handles my photo editing tasks with ease & is quiet. Using the 2 Display Port connections, I've hooked up 2 monitors.

With 16 gb of RAM and a i5 recent generation processor, this pc is perfect for running multiple programs and surfing the internet! Solid state hard drive is nice too Overall a great buy

Still getting the hang of it. Hooked up speakers, but they don't work, need to research that. Needed an older cable for my monitor, and luckily had one - the connector on the Desktop unit is old-school.

Overall, initial setup was pretty easy. However, getting a share on Microsoft office was a bit of a chore. I still cannot see other computers on my network, especially my WD backup hard drive.

Great price for a refurbished i5 with 500gb SSD. Works perfectly so far and had it about a month or so.

Great business class system with excellent speed with it's combination of cpu, ram, and ssd. I've used these for several business clients looking to upgrade but save a few dollars. These units fit this use case perfectly and have been working reliably since installed.

The PC arrived in perfect condition and was super easy to setup. Everything is working as expected. My previous PC was HDD and the switch to SSD is a joyful change. I even added wifi wireless adapter card and extra 16GB RAM to beef up. Liking the new configuration.

I loved this. It got the job done. Well, in less than a year I am having to replace my power source. I have a cricut that I use with this computer and 3 days before Christmas, my computer goes. I’ve had to refund customers money and temporarily shut down while I get this fixed. It’s so very upsetting because I literally only use this for surfing the net and cricut and my elementary kids doing school work. I should have known better :(

Excuse me, why can't the wireless network card be used? After insertion display is not recognized

fantastic for the price, use it everyday at work, purchased 3 of these and all work great.

Works like a charm & no problems with it, big upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows 10.

really a nice computer, worked great with small setup

I bought this computer about 2-3 weeks ago. Found today that the RAM was not 16Gb as described. The setting screen showed RAM only 4Gb. Inside the tower, I found only 1 piece of 4Gb RAM card. Took two and a half hours to deal with 5 people at BB, before a good customer service finally agreed to send me 16Gb RAM. If you bu this one, better check it first.

It's possible that we made bad choices when installing computer during social distancing, but doing the best we could, we have wound up with a computer that is extremely sluggish. Internet access is so poor on this computer that we resort to using an old tablet, which does fine. If we weren't stuck at home to keep everyone safe we would have contacted Best Buy for help. This computer is virtually useless when trying to access internet. Luckily, we have an alternate to use.
