Just had to call HP to figure out how to install. HP was VERY helpful and even waited while I unpackaged printer and turned on ipad and jetpack and walked me through the entire process. Just needed to install and APP.

The printer works well with smartphones and tablets wirelessly. It does not work with Mac OS X 10.5, but you can work around it by emailing the document through email to the printer. It's a wonderful printer overall.

Recently bought an iPad so I needed a wireless printer. And was also getting an iPhone. Had Brandon from the geek squad come out to set it up. He was very nice and helpful. The printer works well, easy to use.

works great with both apple and IBM products- we have both hooked up at the same time- has sleep mode so it does not need to be turned when we want to use it since we do not use it everyday- have not gone through the initial toner cartridge yet so can't say how long it lasts

printer does not print more than 4 pages at a time.

Nice printer for our purposes. CD set-up easiest. The "Scan" wirelessly has an error msg. I'm not sure why? But, not being "techy", it has not really concerned me to "re-do" the whole process since I seldom scan, anyway! I can "manually" do it! Very Happy with this Printer!

The design of this printer is good but the printer is not compatible with windows 8/8.1.Though it works with older windows it won't print from any other devices such USB. Only file on the computer can be printed

Basic features that do what their suppose to do.This Printer is perfect for a college student. The HP-5530 printer is the best Bang for your Buck printer you can buy. We bought this printer for our son whose attending his first year of college. He reports it's great.

This HP printer was a replacement for an older HP printer that I bought 8 years ago. So much has changed in those 8 years as far as printers go. I have not figured out the wireless phone part yet, but good things come in time. The printer prints beautiful pictures.

I bought this printer for the price and because it did everything I needed and took up a lot less space than my previous one. Setting it up and connecting it to my WiFi was fast and simple. Printing a picture from my iPad works great, and I'm very pleased overall!!

Works great! Software was easy to download. We're using it as a network printer with a pc and an iPad. Worked from day 1 which usually doesn't happen for us.(:>D)

Printer is a good investment for a basic home printer. I wouldn't want to use this for picture printing only as the color tone and brightness is not what I expected.

Great size - doesn't take up much space at all. Unfortunately, I had to return it, because it scratched my photos repeatedly.

It was fairly easy to set up and has worked will with my new Surface Pro tablet. Good quality prints. I like that I can make copies of other forms as well. The reason I give it a 4 star was because I am not tech savvy and had difficulty programming it to my WiFi.

I was hesitant to purchase another Envy as my last one had a scanner failure the first month and then the printer performed very erratically and finally did not perform at all....less than a year old. This model has done very well and have no problems at all.

So far so good, have had a bit of trouble in printing some documents from my Apple mini mac from an earlier version of Microsoft office that was downloaded from my previous Apple computer and or mac book.

THIS PRINTER WAS PURCHASED JUST FOR HOME USE....I SCAN AND MAKE COPIES OF DOCUMENTS AND PICTURES...THIS PRINTER IS EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS....

I was worried that it wouldn't perform well because it wasn't one of the more expensive printers but I have had it for about a month now and I have been proven wrong. I love the easy Instant Ink enrollment kit. I'll never need to worry about running out of ink!

So far this printer works well and is pretty fast. Only problem I have had is when printing Excel spreadsheets, I need to use "best" copy quality setting to get all the gridlines to print. At draft or normal settings, only about half the gridlines show up.
