This printer works well after a few uses. While hooking up a printer is certainly not a complex task, the overly brief instructions provided were less than clear. Fortunately, I made some guesses and installation of the hardware and software worked fine.

Good price, but the plastic paper tray alignment gear was installed wrong and paper would not load or feed. Had to take it apart and reinstall the plastic gear for the paper tray. Works fine now.

Hit or miss on it working right out of the box. Had to return it, and that was a pain to get it changed over on website. Wireless printing is great and with a correct functioning printer am loving it.

Would have bought this printer sooner if I only knew. Easy set up, quality print, Replaced my other HP printer which I still own. The ink cartridges are holding out very well. Know switching will be just as easy and effortless as setup. Great product

very good printer , love the features, however when printing- it makes a loud noise

Couldn't get the black ink to work right out of the box. We sat it upside down for 6 hours, plugged it back in, and it worked like a charm. Very strange. Other than that, works good. Does what we ask of it, which is, you know.....print stuff.

I particularly like the touch screen and scan function. I can choose to scan to a jpg, email or pdf at a touch and the rest is automatic. The wireless connection is an excellent addition as well as it allows me to print from any enabled device.

it was easy to install, and works really well over a wifi network. the ink package it came with lasts really long. my only problem is when i highlight text using a sharpie, the ink kind of smudges. but overall a great purchase for home use.

I love this printer! My whole family can print from each of our rooms without having to carry around our large laptops and searching for the right plug hole. Definitely worth the buy!

The printer is great for home use, just be careful with the Ink! The HP-61 cartridges that are required for this printer are small in size and get used up quickly with moderate use.

This Printer has been working great so far. I have had no problems with it. This printer does just what I bought it for, printing and making copy's. It's great for a family printer.

I like the printer for what I use it for. We print tickets to events and just simple emails and bills. We don't use it for a photo printer however it does print photos fairly nicely.

I've had very good luck with this printer/scanner. I know it's an all-in-one but I pretty much only use the printer/scanner functions. It works well with my computer, and that's what I need. I would recommend it.

Good all in one printer, quality is ok but not a photo printing machine, we use mostly for the kids homework, the mail ink refill program is worth if you print often that we do with homework with high schooler and a middle schooler

Many extras, easy to use. Would recommend for scanning/ basic printing, but would not recommend for someone who is looking to print a lot of pictures. Pictures on photo paper come out a little duller in color than I would like.

This product has a lot of features you would expect from a higher prices printer. Wifi is very convenient.

Good printer as a starter machine. It's a little slow and sometimes jams but over all it works.

After printing aprox 20 items, maybe 3 printed w/o paper jams or other errors. Returned to store after serious frustration.

Sales person was big help to me in store. Directions with product were poor. Paper loading was total figure it out on your own with a couple of paper jams before I got it.

When i first purchased this printer it was great, all of our devices found if over wifi and connected easily to print. Now weeks later our devices won't pick it up, but it has a feature where it creates a band on the network to log into to print, so you just have to log out of your normal network and onto the printer one every time you want to print. Not that great.
