I purchased this for my little sister, wait she's 21 now...yikes. But anyways, she is in college. This review is in her words (The Owner): Pros: It's really easy to set up even if you don't follow directions, touch screen is nice, it has adjustable trays for letter paper and photo paper which can both be loaded in the same general area. The "paper holder thingy" is springy so I push it in but when I print it automatically comes out to hold my papers up. Wifi network is found easy and I didn't have to manually put the password or network name in, it's compact so it doesn't take up too much space. It was also like new. It was complete with everything and it even had the starter ink. Cons: The ink cartridges are smaller than what I'm use to, but the girl who was helping me said she had hers for about a month and has done a bunch of school work and photos and its still going plus they have the xl cartridges available. Overall I love it especially the Wifi printing. I can even use it from my Iphone, which you know I love. Thanks big brother!

This printer is the worst purchase I have ever made. Printer is very loud, will not stay connected to WI-FI, does not feed properly, jams way too often, Very unreliable ,needs to be recalled and discontinued ASAP,

I had to replace my old Lexmark. Software no longer compatible. Very glitch. My HP printer works great. I was able to print from my phone using the HP app. I was also able to use the Samsung print app.

We purchase this printer from the open box section of best buy. it was very affordable and the performance is great.

It came with some scrashes, I guess it should have been listed as used. But it works! Also is slow to scan and does some wierd noises.

It took me forever to set up printer and called Best Buy for help and they were going to charge me to help set up printer over phone. Didn't pay them so after I finally got printer to work I love it.

Bought the $50 refurbished unit. Appears to be new. Instructions are complete, but it took me several hours to set up (Mac). Rated 4 stars due to setup time. Others may find setup simple. Compared to a Canon combo, this HP printer is superior in quality and controls. Menu display is nicely positioned, and readable. Ink is not cheap, but reviews indicate the ink cartridges provide extended printing. Unit must 'on' to function. Unlike my Brother combo, the computer would turn 'on' the printer when required. Menu is controlled similar to the Apple phone by swiping fingers across the screen. Plain paper is suggested, but my supply of ink jet paper works fine. Unit is designed for wireless use, but I found that adding 1 LAN cable from modem to printer saves in setup time. Be advised that when scanning to email, the computer wireless feature must be activated. Haven't timed the copy/scan/fax features, but the print time is fast.

I picked this printer of refurbished. It's my second refurbished purchase from Best Buy and I figured it was time to give a review I'm extremely impressed this printer I was blowing me away very easy to set up just 2 cartridges real simple adequate tray for paper and picture paper it prints have a nice rate and the quality is great if I didn't know it was refurbished I wouldn't be able to tell it looks and functions like it's brand new. I would highly recommend it coming from a HP Photosmart but this is just as good if not better
