    Looking at the description online and finding the printer that filled all our needs refurbished at a bargain price we pounced! We especially like the wireless printing from laptops and tablets capability. We love it!

    For the most part this printer is ok. It's a bit disconcerting to have the paper come out of the printer occasionally with a tear in the center of the top.

    The copier works great so far. I haven't had to use it as much as I usually do, but so far it's wonderful

    Hooked up easy enough but color printing didn't work. Had to return unit for a refund. Wouldn't recommend Best buy refurbished electronics

    Unfortunately I ended up returning under warranty because it stopped working. I am still a fan of hp, but wasn't fond of this one.
