    Works well once you figure out set up. The app works with my phone, to get my computers to connect had to download drives and load the old fashion way. The web app that loaded could not find the printer on the WiFi network??

    The only reason I even knew this printer was refurbished is because of the packaging when it arrived, timely, at my door. This printer was a “downgrade” replacement for my other printer but this “downgrade” does everything better and the picture quality is phenomenal.

    Do not buy an inkjet with a single cartridge for color ink like this one. While it has nice features like wireless printing, the cartridges (which are $46+) prints maybe 6 pages of photo prints before being depleted. I tried 3 cartridges and got about the same result!! I've never seen cartridges depleted so quickly. Now I use it just for black print. I will never buy another one.

    This printer worked great until I purchased and installed new HP 64 ink cartridges and then received a message on the printer saying to only use the setup ink cartridges that come with it. Spent 2+ hours with tech HP tech support and no solution thus far. I have been promised a call back from a tech support supervisor in 24-48 hrs. If this issue doesn't get solved I will return the printer. Ridiculous!
