This was 5 stars at first, ran perfect, looked almost new, no issues at all. Then out of nowhere it started over heating very badly, on of the front USB ports started disconnecting intermittently, and it is so slow now that it takes about 5 minutes to open a program. It’s so frustrating because it was an amazing purchase but it hasn’t even been a month and it’s like the computer just broke down. I don’t use it for anything except emails, spreadsheets, zoom calls, and web browsing. There is no malware or viruses on it. I don’t have it bogged down with a ton of files or programs. I don’t understand. I can live without one of the USB ports but I can’t wait 5 minutes every time I need to open something. The web browser will just crash out of nowhere also and It’s probably because it’s timing out since it takes so long for this computer to load anything now. I’m assuming it probably because it’s overheating but I don’t understand why it’s overheating. I don’t put a lot of stress on the CPU, I only use outlook, chrome, zoom, and Google Sheets.
