good all- in-one printer, excellent for printing, faxing, and scanning.

This printer works great! Easy to set up, prints fast! Highly recommend this printer, low cost and worth every penny!

So far so good. I have used the copy function and made many copies using the black toner. The copies came out great. I love the 2 sided print to save paper. It was easy to install to my wifi and easy to download eprint app. Printed out color pictures using the 4x6 tray. The pictures came out great. I even printed a picture from my android phone. I have not used the scanner as of yet nor the fax option. I love this printer

I have had the OfficeJet 5740 for a couple of months now. I haven't used all of the features yet but for simple printing and scanning it has worked great. I like the wireless interface and front panel display. Color and sharpness have been more than adequate.

Very good printer. Prints the way it is advertised. The black cartridge wouldn't work and I called technical support. They sent one right out and it worked perfectly. I'm very happy with the printer and HP technical support. Thanks Bestbuy and HP. Eric Texas

Nice size for house, not too big and have full function.

Pretty good deal and has all the functions. Good wireless connectivity. I haven't used it much yet but it seems to perform well.

Ordered refurbished to save some money on a second printer and got easy setup and a device that has worked great since received. Warranties are same as for a new device.

Overall prints well its just very loud when it prints.

The Printer works great! I love the wireless connectivity so that I can print from any amount of computers with it. I will recommend it to everyone!

I ordered this as a refurbished item. It works great, but I could tell it was "used", unlike other refurbed products I've purchased. Was a little dirty and had some scratches. Came with already opened and "used" ink cartridges. Not sure how long those will last. We'll see. Was super easy to set up WiFi printing from my phone and my laptop. I've only printed a few times, and one of those I had to restart the machine to get the network to connect. I've also scanned to my laptop (easy!), as well as to the flash drive I plugged into it (also easy!)

Came in brand new condition. Works great so far. For one third the cost of a new one with the same features you can't beat it.

I needed to upgrade my printer since I had not purchased one in years- this refurbished printer is great and loved the price!

I bought this printer as refurbished. Although I had an initial issue with being unable to print, I was able to run a diagnostic and found out that the ink cartridge was dried out. I went back to Best Buy and coerced (quite a bit) the employee into giving me another one. Now, the printer works great and I'm happy that I got such a great deal.

It was very easy to install and use. Plus, I was impressed on how fast it prints and scans. Happy with this purchase!

When my HP4680 finally died, I found this one one Best Buy Closeout and after reading reviews, bought it. It was delivered promptly and set was a bit complicated because no owners manual was enclosed. After working with HP and Best Buy, I received the manual from HP and the set up was done. The printer is very good and a truly best buy.

Refurbished means nothing when it comes to my printer. Always prints a great page with clarity and no problems at all.
