It's perfect for personal use and I couldn't beat the price. I have found 3 separate color cartridges to be annoying for a low volume user so really like the combination color ink cartridge this model uses

If I had time I'd return it. This unit, unlike the others, came via Best Buy and not Staples program that I usually use.

It is refurbished so there was a scratch on it but it works well and i am happy with it so far...i used to have an Epson was not happy so i replaced it with this HP and am impressed with how well it works.

I love the fact that that ink is sent mailed to me once it is dedicated that I am running out. Printer saves a lot of money compared to other printers which require buying cartridges.

wonderful printer
