This is my first time I buy a refurbished product. Unfortunately, the result was bad. The printer didn't work properly. Seems the black head was damaged. Seems also that nobody really checked the result of the fix before offering it as refurbished. I got only one conclusion, Im not so rich to buy the cheapest thing. No more refurbished products for me. May be its a one case in many, but the way this worked for me was bad enough not to try it again. I may try this, but not in Bestbuy again. Also, the hassle of returning this product, wasting so much time on trying to resolve the issue, doesn't worth the difference in price with a new one.

My refurbished unit arrived with an error message which prevented it from working . After several efforts it was determined that the black ink cartidge was empty and the color half full. After contacting BBY customer service ( Phillipines) I was sent a return label to print to return the item Small problem ... there is no ink. I explained and urged them to send me a full ink cartidge which is customary with one's purchase . I was told I would have to buy that on my own. Is this a good first impression to buy from BBY in future ?? Be your own judge !!

I used the printer for two days, printing maybe 5-8 pages. On the third day, it shut down in the middle of printing and would not power on again. I took it to Geek Squad and he plugged it in and opened the lid and it powered on. I had tried the same thing to no avail before bringing it in. I brought it back, tried to make copies and it shut down again. I returned the product for a full refund.

Bought a refurbished unit but it didn't work so was not refurbished properly.

Purchase this online for a good price however it had problem s that could not be fixed. Luckily I purchased the best buy warranty and they replaced it with a new one immediately. Happy with the new one

Refurbished but was like new out of the box! Easy to setup and print quality is GREAT. I print from my laptop, desktop, tablet and smart phone. Scanner is easy to operate and the unit touch screen has easy to follow setup instructions. Setting the unit up via wifi was simple and I was up and running within 15 minutes of taking out of the box. I bought a second one for my other house as it is so much better than what I already had there. The $50 price was the deal of the century!

This printer gets the job done. I use it for unconventional purposes for my baking business. Has a great print quality and easy set-up.

This refurbished printer often comes with clogged ink cartridges. I bought 3 online because returned 2 in store before found way to unclog. The first came with clogged black. The second came with clogged color. The third came with clogged black. The manufacturer and some other websites suggest soaking printhead in hot water. I wish Geek Squad in store could have suggested that, but told me printers aren't worth repairing which is why protection plan for printer is replacement. It would have saved Best Buy cost of free shipping and restocking. It would have saved me time of trying and returning 2 printers. After unclogged, the printer works well.
