    When I purchased this I was NOT told this was a refurbished item thought it was new which I expected when trying to upgrade to windows 10 failed 3 times thought I was getting hard drive only didn.t know about keyboard and mouse wasn't told either and mouse is too sensitive NO)T HAPPY with you and person who helped us said she was manager (Pauline)don.t know if I would return to Best BUy

    Great informed staff. Cheap and easy set up. Not a lot of unwanted programs to clog up the drive.

    This machine is good as a second or interim machine. However, it is a bit buggier than I would like - Windows 10 could also be the cause. Overall a good buy for the money, but save up for a MAC as the number if issues I have had with this machine forced me to purchase a used MAC. Do not get me wrong, as a stand alone computer it is Okay, but the fact that Windows is such an unreliable OS, as my main business helper, the MAC cannot be beat. But the price of this, a refurbished model is more than capable of filling the needs of a home desktop.
