nothing wrong with computer reason for return did not known it had win10 which i did not like little to hard for me to figure out since i still use win7 and win 8 in conjuntion with some other software have expierienced win10 upgrade but went back to win8 which i dont really like either

I would not recommend this particular unit by HP. It is very slow. The size is very convenient which is its only asset.

Better than what I had, as my old PC crashed, but as previous reviews stated, very slow. I check email, check Facebook, nothing heavy duty.

I have been using this size computer for several years, it fits my needs just right, surfing, emailing, and looking up things I need answered, next time I might even try one of the mini's! Good product

nicely surprised my new HP is just what I needed windows 10 will take a little getting used too. previously had windows 8.1 This is so much better and faster. thank you best buy. I'm a happy lady.

Love this computer built-in WiFi so no need to purchase any other components..has Windows 10 which is great and a very reasonable price!

Have been a HP supporter since before the internet, but his model has left me dazed, I'm not usually in a hurry, and with this model, it's not for one who is, I don't know if it was loaded with bloatware or what, but it is slow, confused, I finally gave up, and bought something else. Sorry HP.

I bought this computer to use in my home for basic uses and it has worked out great. I love that it takes up less room on my small desk.

This is a solid all around computer for the home or office. Easy to setup and HP did not sacrifice quality for cost savings.

I don't think this would have been the wright computer for my wife, as a gamer, but for my music wrighting programs it works very well.

doesn't play my games ( simple hidden objects) Some are dated 2015! I have a large monitor screen and the games only fill 1/4 of the screen!! Some games won't play at ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have tried every thing to get it to play full screen. This is the 3rd computer that was bought from you the DELL didn't work, the HP won't work in the store, so this is the third one from you!!!!! I'm very disappointed with your computers!! My son is calling to talk to a geek about this problem, since I have 3 yrs warranty ! SW

Poor connectivity. I ended up returning the computer. I had issues with the mouse, keyboard, and connecting to the wifi with this system.

I have had so many computers recently. I love the ease of this one!
