It was a great decision when I decided to buy this printer. Perfect size for the space I have available. But, the featurs I like the best is that it doesn't use ink cartriges like most other. Adding more ink extremely easy and it came with three years of in included. Also, the fact that the paper feeds from the back gives me the option of multiple paper sizes, mostly legal, in a very easy way to move from one size to another.

We were looking to replace our printer and this one stuck out because it doesn’t have cartridges as ink tanks. One of the problems we’ve always had is a cartridge drying up from not being used quick enough so far this printer works awesome. It’s well worth it.

Great customer service at Best Buy picking out. He guided us to a pronter that fit our needs. Unfortunately, I dont remember his name, but he was wonderful. Easy set up and works great.

The Best Buy Associate was fantastic! The Associate took the time to explain everything, helping to understand the benefits and trade-offs so that an informed decision could be made. The printer performs well for everyday black and white printing. The colors are so vibrant and true to life! Setup was easy, and using it has been a delight. This printer is just amazing!

Love the fact it prints great! Ink cartridges are literally a thing of the past and never last long, this smart tank of filling up the ink yourself lasts a very good long while. Most complain about the liquid ink drying out. In truth that only happens if you don't print. The liquid ink in the cartilage doesn't dry out. It's when it goes through the hose that dries out if not in use. We don't print a lot but do print at least one to two times a week to help it prevent that. Setting it up was easy, getting it all up and going with the app feature as well was smooth. We enjoy the quality of this printer. And the sound when printing is pretty much small white noise in the background. As for printing quality it's been spot on. We slowly tested with regular paper up to cardstock as we plan using this guy for holiday cards. Overall very pleased. And for the value we gotten it for, definitely worth the price.

It took me a minute or two to get used to this type of printer and to figure out how to print two sheets onto one piece of paper. But, when I figured it out...really like it. The printer is a good choice.

I have been looking for a printer like this to purchase, where I don't have to replace toner every few months. I love my new printer. Love the crisp, colored prints and black and white quality. This all-in-one is just what I was looking for. Highly recommend using HP Smart for installing the printer.

I got this for my mother since the cartridges always cost so much and it’s hard for her to replace them. It’s great! Easy to fill the ink tanks and it prints so nice. Love that it’s wireless/bluetooth as well.

I love this printer. It produces terrific photos.The ink lasts forever. It’s also lightweight so it’s easy to reposition in your home if need be. It’s Wi-Fi connected so there’s that advantage. HP makes it very easy to set up. I highly recommend this product. And HP in general.

Highly recommended. Ease of operation plus no more usage of ink cartridges, which eliminates the monthly subscription of ink cartridges. Using of refillable ink tanks instead is much more desirable. Great product!

This printer replaced an earlier model of the same line of printer. It is easy to use and produces good quality prints.

Printing and scanning is great with this unit when it actually works. Used it for several months connected to Wi-Fi. It had so many problems with connectivity. Would stop working on just about every other print job. I would have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to reconnect. The problem is not with my Wi-Fi. I have excellent fiber optic Wi-Fi at the top of the line router. The printer does work much better using a wire between the printer and the computer. But it still has issues. About one out of every 10 print jobs it just freezes up and has to be unplugged and plugged back in again. It is great having the large capacity ink tanks.
