    Very cheap quality. HP did not deliver and many of their printers are made the same. Very thin plastic makes a lot of noise while printing doesn’t adjust to different paper sizes. Printing is very tall and not vibrance. A pigment of black looks worn. My 15-year-old printer was much better quality! So disappointing that products are now being made to be disposable and not to last or with quality.

    This printer was the WORST printer I have ever used this printer came broken out of the box we returned the printer and got a new one but it had the same problem whe have had both of these printers for less than 10 MINUTES and they are already broken

    It was a big disappointment. I wish I never bought it. A technologist could not even get it to work. Other people tried so hard to get it print colored but it never did. I tried to return it but Best Buy refused to accept it because I was ONE DAY after the 14 days for return. I hate buying things at Best Buy.

    I'm preparing to return the item because it was not printing at the top of the page. It isn’t printing the complete page, and I have some legal documents that I need to send out immediately.

    Don't buy. Making a simple copy doesn't work most of the time. The control panel buttons don't work. And don't bother with Best Buy Geek Squad protection - useless. Their answer? Contact the manufacturer.

    The printer was super slow to start to print, it also folded each piece of paper 1 inch from top. Worked with support for hours and they were not able to resolve the issue. I returned it.

    USB connection fails to work with my two Chromebooks. Best Buy refused to troubleshoot the problem, though my warranty had seven months remaining.

    I bought this printer because I searched sublimation printer and this printer popped up. Yet I can’t get it to print sublimation so I’m very disappointed spending this amount of money & not receiving what I thought I was getting.

    Doesn't use drivers - instead an app that you have to open to print. Prints .pdfs from the app, e erything else from the program you use - still you have to go back to the app to approve printing. The app will show the printer not available when it in fact is.

    The printer has problems keeping connected to my devices and having a stable wifi connection. I have to wake up printer in order to print. Do no recommend, I wish have never bought this printer and returned for full refund.

    Absolutely the worst piece of junk to ever be called a "printer." You'll unbox it. You'll follow all setup directions. The problem? It requires HP Smart software in order to run. Why is that a problem? It's a problem because HP never included the Smart Tank 6000 series in their list of printer drivers. The drivers don't exist. Don't be duped into buying this printer. You'll end up stuck with a $300 paper weight.
