Printer setup software is horrible! Don't waste your time with this printer where actual support does NOT exist!

No stars , Dose not work , plugged it it and all flashing lights and dose not work not sure if defective but will be returning

This printer has been a horrible experience. I have spent hours on the phone with Best Buy personnel as well as my Internet provider. I am advised it appears to be a defective machine. Very very disappointed and without a printer for many days.

Aftrr a years use and several other issues printer will not power on

It's the worst product ever. the print heads keep going out. I spent 65 bucks buying more and they are out again. buyer beware!!

I don’t have anything good or bad to say about the printer, I never got to use it because when he was installing it and found out I didn’t have Wi-Fi. He told me that I would not be able to use it for what I wanted to, so I had to return it.

Printers are no longer easy to set up unless you're a geek. Fed up with technology.

Couldn't get it to work even after being on the phone with customer service

Twice this printer quit working and I left a message for the installer and he never got back to me.

Don’t buy it never worked. HP offered no help. Because I didn’t use it right away Best Buy didn’t allow a refund or return.

Had to return because the printer cover would not shut. Just took it out of the box and followed instructions and could not close cover.

Couldn't get it to connect through wireless. Support was useless. Returned. I am tech savvy enough and have never had an issue connecting a printer before.

Copies were smeared. Hours on the phone with product support. Suggested replacing a print head which I couldn’t do because the printer didn’t function right to replace it. Took it back to Best Buy.

failed to respond to any inputs unpluged it then it worked not a good start!

Printer head was not working at all right out of the box. Returned.

3 days after installment, the printer does not work. I'm trying to find a manual to read and fix the problem.

PIECE OF JUNK. SPENT 3 1/2 HOURS TRYING TO GET IT SET UP WITH HP. DEFECTIVE FROM THE START. BEWARE IF YOU PURCHASE AND SET IT UP WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. WOULD NOT REGISTER INK AND PRINTER HEAD WOULD NOT WORK.

Exchanged this product 3 times, still malfunctioning.

Couldnt print ! Geek Squad came to my house n couldnt get it to print @ BOUGHT A EPSON 3850 PRINTS LIKE A CHAMP

The app is useless. Dont purchase. returning. Nothing but a problem from day 1. Shuts off in the middle of printing.
