This printer is SLOW to print what a disapointment, I hope the ink last a long time to make up for how slow this thing prints. I had a Cannon printer and the ink cartirdge was to small, I bought this thinking the tank would hold alot more ink which is true but it's alot slower than my old printer. The Cannon can print 3 pages to 1 of the HP printer 7602 smart tank.

Like the product - DO NOT like the set-up system...HP123 / don't want an "account" - just want the printer to be able to scan from my computer / prefer "old school" of disk or download

Bought this as a replacement for my Epson Smart Tank. They didn’t have the Epson that I wanted so I picked the HP. This is perfect for my needs and it has a fax function which is a plus for me. Excellent 5 stars.

I replaced an old HP with this one and love the tank style for ink, it’s much cheaper and I was pleasantly surprised as how easy it was to fill the tanks.

Awesome printer with the ability to wireless print from any device without being plugged in. The ink levels are shown on the outside and filling the ink in the printer is a breeze!!

This is the worst printer I've ever dealt with personally or professionally going back decades. It will print a couple of pages, then everything gets streaky and quickly becomes unreadable. I've cleaned and aligned the printheads many, many times and usually that actually makes the problem worse. It is like this printer can only print a couple of pages a day (so much for 2 years worth of ink coming with it!). I added some black ink today and now it won't print black. This is a horrible, frustrating printer and unfortunately I am going to have to buy a different one. It definitely will not be HP.

I purchased an HP printer from Best Buy about a month and a half ago, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The printer has broken down three times, each for the same issue, indicating a serious problem with its durability and reliability.
Contacting HP for support has been a hassle. Instead of providing a new replacement printer, they require me to send the faulty one back first. This process is not only inconvenient but also time-consuming, leaving me without a printer for an extended period.
Dealing with Best Buy's customer service has been equally frustrating. I've interacted with their chat agents on three separate occasions, but none were able to provide a clear solution. Their system seems to be going in circles, redirecting me back to the website without offering any real assistance.
Based on this experience, I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the HP printer and the level of customer service provided by Best Buy. I expected much better from both companies. This experience has strongly influenced my decision to avoid purchasing HP products in the future and to reconsider shopping at Best Buy.
Love the ink situation instead of replaceable cart

Love the ink situation. It lasts way linger than replaceable cartridges. I cant seem to get it to work on wifi. It recognizes it but always says offline.

Bought for our sm business 4 months ago and very disappointed. Ink is already depleted. Cheaply made, very slow. Many features that were on my old HP related to 2-sided copying do not exist on this one as well as other useful features. Display is tiny and hard to navigate. For the price I paid, I expected a lot more.
