LOVE MY NEW SMART TANK 651 WIRELESS SUPERTANK INKJET PRINTER. A FRIEND INSTALLED FOR ME, AND THE PRINTED COPIES ARE BEAUTIFUL. HAVE HEARD THAT THE INK SUPPLY LASTSS LONGER THAN PREVIOUS MODELS USED. I LOOK FORWARD TO PROCESSING CHRISTMAS LETTERS TO FRIENDS. THANK YOU, BEST BUY!

This fits on our table and it took a min to get it set up but it works great.

Had a little trouble setting it up, but their support team helped me (yes, I'm an old guy), and now it performs perfectly!

good print but does not do aytomatic back to back and sow to get started. I originally had an HP 7600 series but was starting to signs of age but was a high quality printer

Each day I appreciate this printer more, especially how long the ink lasts compared to buying ink cartridges. Had an old HP Laser jet and cartridges were sooooooooo expensive. One negative, and I tried to get, but there was no Operator's Manual in the box. Best Buy told me it didn't come with one. When I looked online the HP site says it does. Finally found one online and printed out all 88-some pages because I prefer to have a reference guide. Couldn't find a way to order one. Without instructions I couldn't figure out exactly how to fax and print out reports. This is a case where tech people forget lay people don't have all this instant knowledge readily available. I still want a legit Operator's Manual. Anyone know where I can get one?

It’s quiet, quick, does everything . Never had ab ink cartridges but im loving it

Basically, a good printer. Easy to set up, and print quality appears good, but I didn't realize that you had to manually flip the paper in order to print on both sides of the paper. I should have done more research before purchasing.

Great product and price! Saved me thousands of going to Staples and print shops for scanning, faxing and email scanning costs! Will definitely recommend for those who visit those print stores and shops!!

If you are buying a Smart Tank printer, buy the best. I have two cheaper models. The least expensive is very slow. The second least expensive seems to have a difficult time connecting it to the internet. This 651 seems to be great.. We will see in the future, but the speed is good and it seems every bit as reliable as the cartridge model...

I absolutely LOVE my new printer. I have used all of the features fax, copy, print, and I even printed off pictures. I was skeptical at first about making the purchase because my face it. It has a nice price tag but I PROMISE you it is worth every penny.!!

I really like that there are no ink cartridges. As far as how long the ink lasts remains to be seen. But the ink more likely will last 2 years or more, The printer had a very good price and the cost of ink is going to be a lot less than the cartridges.

I love the printer except for one thing. You either have to be all hard-wired or all wireless to communicate. Also, from time to time even when connected to the same wireless network the printer is not accessible.

This is a nice printer, connected quickly and prints well. It would be nice if it held more paper. I do recommend this for a home office.

Great print quality. Ink supply last a long time and doesn't dry out.

Purchased because of the ink cartridges. My old printer would dry up without frequent use. The print quality is good on this, but haven't had great results with photos.

Excellent salesman. The sim card was not in the box and we were not aware that it was a "must have" to use tge printer. Went back to the store and our salesman explained everything and obtained a card for us. Printer works great.

I upgraded from an HP Inkjet. I got too tired paying for the cartridges. This is very similar to what I had. I needed to be able to print on both sides automatically and I needed a flash drive port. It's a little more pricey upfront than my old inkjet,but it should quickly pay for itself on savings from ink. One little nitpick: getting the printer heads in is a little tricky.
