Great computer brilliant when you need something a little more portable. Battery life is excellent, the 2K x 4K display has crystal clarity. This is the one you need if you are on the go. This is a replacement my daughter dropped the first one. Best Buy replaced it with this new one under my total coverage plan. Totally awesome the plan has saved me $500 in support this year plus a free replacement on the $1700 lap top. Highly recommend the computer and the Geek squad!!

Best laptop ever, it’s small enough to carry around easily and the pen is just so magnificent. So easy to use, have had this for almost 2 years and highly recommend.

It is a nice looking, well built laptop. the form factor is great. Good enough port selection. Screen looks nice for media consumption. However, battery life is far from top of the line and it gets very hot very fast under little loads. The screen is nice, however, it does not work well for photo editing, too saturated for that. also, brightness is a little high at minimum, so it is not comfortable to use in a dark room. it is a nice laptop, but i had better expectations for the internet reviews and the price point

Performance Is top notch and lightning fast for what this computer offers. If you’re looking for a light and easy to travel with computer that’s more powerful than a tablet and has a beautiful screen, this is a great choice.

I am in love with my new computer. Not only is it esthetically appealing, it is very fast. The screen is very clear and color is crisp! Touchscreen is quite responsive. Only thing is it can get a little warm.

GET THIS LAPTOP! OCT 23 2021, CPU+GPU WOW! 10/10. 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1195G7 @ 2.90GHz 2.92 GHz. I waited until Oct 19 to buy this laptop without knowing what new CPU was coming out. Turns out the CPU is amazing. There is two models released on 2021 and as of Oct 23 20219 this is the newest? It is so fast. It was a $1729.99 but my birthday was this month and a 10% applied. I love it, it is small and has a pen that can be stuck to the side of the laptop, the memory is like 934gb ready to use, the restarts take literally like 10 seconds. Buy this one that might have only 1 review on Oct 23 2021 ! amazing.

Expensive, but a very nice computer. The OLED screen is gorgeous and the 3:2 aspect makes editing documents and code a much better experience on a small screen than 16:9. I don't have to collapse the ribbons and toolbars and switch windows as often. A few apps are clumsy with toolbar icons when dragging from the laptop to/from a 4k monitor, but that's not HPs fault. The Intel EVO platform is responsive. Very fast boot, shutdown, and wake-up from sleep or hibernation. Sound quality is excellent with more than adequate volume. It's nice to have 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports and a 3.2 Type A. No complaints about performance from the 1TB SSD + 32GB Optane + 16GB LPDDR4x ram. I have attached my Spectre to a docking station with dual 4K monitors and had no problems. I've only used the pen a few times and it seems adquate. I think it might be hard to hold the computer as a tablet since the screen bezel is very thin on 3 sides, but I'm mostly using mine as a computer and usually on a desk or table. It's nice touch to have a magnetic attachment to the left side of the computer, but I'm glad the leather sleeve has a slot for the pen. The pen will be handy when I'm in a lab wearing nitrile gloves. The keyboard is small and I'm still getting used to the placement of the delete/home/page/end keys. Key feel is very good, second only to some Lenovo laptops in my opinion. I type with all ten fingers and have not been slowed down by the keyboard. I haven't used the fingerprint reader. Windows 11 is an improvement over 10 after you work around the Microsoft sign-in persistence and get it configured. I prefer to sign in with a local account as I don't do games, music, social media, app stores, one drive, sync browsers, etc. On the first run, after the check for updates disconnect the internet (unplug, disconnect wifi, or airplane mode) when the license agreement screen shows up. Then setup will continue and let you create a local account. Trial versions of McAfee and Dropbox were preinstalled. I removed McAfee and bypassed the Dropbox setup since I already have multiple accounts there. One annoynance is that the HP registration app won't get past installing the Dropbox trial and the support website has yet to let me register the computer. It doesn't even recognize the model # when I type it in. It finds it with its auto-search but then quits with a "We're sorry..." error message. Finally, the experience of buying from Best Buy was great! I spent an hour trying out the keyboards and screens on several systems. This is very important to me when buying a laptop. The Specte was by far the best in the store, including the overpriced Surface and Apple products.

Just the right size and speed. I am a teacher and master's student in math education. My old HP is now having trouble staying connected to the internet (kicking me out of my online classes) as well as graphics and video making. My homework and projects have become very intense as far as length, images, and videos. This HP is keeping up with my multitasking of lesson plans, classwork, video making, and article writing. So, good work laptop and looks very sharp!

This laptop is very well built, has plenty of memory and storage and a beautiful OLED screen. It is fast enough for most normal applications such as editing videos, pictures and watching videos on the Internet. It is not designed to play the complex games but will play most Internet and less demanding games. It has a good keyboard and audio and is light enough to travel with. HP does provide several utilities to manage the laptop and there is very little bloat sortware. It has no problems running Windows 11.
