If you like speed and a lot of storage this is not the laptop for you, but I can say that it has been convenient for checking emails and doing a little research.

It's a good laptop for the price. It's not the fastest or most durable but it's being used for simple tasks and will not be running multiple software etc. Perfect for need and attractive.

Perfect size for traveling, taking with you for meetings, etc. Lightweight, quick, and great price.

Its convenient & easy to move like an ipad and works fastly. As long has you have an external storage device this laptop works fine.

Purchased for my son to mix and produce music with. Very user friendly the only downside is it had less memory than I thought.

I absolutely love this laptop; It's pretty fast With the pre-installed Windows 10 S os, but is even better in terms of performance with Linux installed. (I used Ubuntu 19.04) Just remember it comes with Windows 10 S, put emphasis on the S part. You can only install apps from the Windows Store. It does com with a one year license to Microsoft Office 365, which is a killer deal.

I like the color and the weight. I have had a problem with the device stalling and had problems logging in twice, though.

Good price reasonable speed good battery small lightweight charger

I liked the look of this and the price but I had to return it. It just wasn’t as responsive as I was hoping. No fault of the laptop, I should have researched more. Nothing wrong with it to surf the web and read emails but I wanted something more powerful so I returned it for a Lenovo Thinkpad that I love! I had no issues with it and would still recommend it for a new laptop user.

I usually only use the laptop for web searches and social media. It's pretty good for that. There is not much storage space and I have to constantly dump memory. The pad is touchy when I'm typing papers or data entry. I find myself frequently correcting errors because the pad automatically moves the cursor to a different space.

The laptop is okay for somebody who is in school but I only gave it three stars because it freezes up sometimes which can be an inconvenience while you're doing something on blackboard for school. I have to use my other laptop for certain things so I can avoid having to start over on assignments. Other than that it is cool for basic personal use.

I loved the design, the color white, is portable and light BUT it started flickering since day one. I didn’t like that it flickered occasionally and is very noticeable. I had read some reviews about it but didn’t think it would be bad enough to make me not want to keep it. I hope that they improve the system because the design is awesome. I would say give it a try, maybe you have a different experience but I don’t recommend it. In the other hand Best Buy made it very easy for me to return during the return window.

I saw this on an Open Box Sale email from Best Buy. Since my little HP Mini had just crashed, I went in and the sales tech was excellent! He found one almost exactly like the one in my email, explained (very patiently!) Office 365 for me, told me the best way to transfer documents from my Mini to my new laptop, and made sure I understood the differences between the old and the new. Great machine, great sales person!

Got this for my nephew to go to school because previous notebooks with spinning hard drives would end up crashing from misuse, so the flash storage and Windows AppStore limitations actually worked best so he could focus on actual school work, and not download all sorts of spyware infested programs. Came with a free year of office 365 so good value for school.
