Bought it as a gift for my niece for school. She seems to like it without any complaints. Haven’t had any issues with it since Xmas.

I needed a spare computer that I could use on the go, better. My "main" computer is a Lenovo 14", and though it is great, I wanted something a bit smaller, and lighter, with at least close to the same performance. I wasn't really that impressed with the color, though (I chose it, because it was the only Open Box Excellent available nearby at the lower cost).

Great laptop and great price. Bought for my college kid. He loves it and easy to use. Chrome book had to get a Microsoft card tho.

Great for my grandson to play his games on. Perfect size to carry from home to the lake. Price point was right where I wanted it too.

It’s been about 3 weeks since I purchased this cute mini laptop. Does everything I need it to do and I don’t regret my purchase at all. The track pad kind of sucks as in u have to really click on the left or on the right side there’s no middle clicking. Charge usually last a while full work day. Overall this was great purchase for me since I’m working from home and having to use my laptop for 8+ hours.

This item is really really good, especially for the money. Bought it on sale for just about $200 it’s small but it works really well

Bought two for my kids for virtual classroom during pandemic. Good price point. Has everything kids need, easy to use microsoft teams.

I will recomend this hp laptop to people who are on the go for travaling or simply stay at home office if have a career at home.Great to stream music. People might want to get an extra memorie card. But all and all it is a charm for simple or advanced technolgy. Has the cloud to new modern ways. Love the pearl white. Great to make power point if u add or have windows just better to have.

I use this laptop for school and it gets the job done great. It’s also a good size for travel and has great battery life.

Computer light weight great for on the go. Run ok could be faster. Get the job done tho.

Beyond capable for its investment! This laptop works perfectly for the student on the go. It can handle majority of multi tasking objectives for work, school, home. Our son finds he can handle his homework, add class notes for reference, and then works for him to incorporate into zoom calls when in remote learning mode. Because of his schedule, the compact size helps to use at work as well

I bought this laptop to primarily write on. Ive been using my tablet with a Bluetooth keyboard if i wanted something portable as my primary laptop is old and has to stay plugged in. This is a nice little laptop, long lasting battery. I wish it had a back-lit keyboard and if it had a little more memory, that'd be nice for my editing program.

It's not you, it's Microsoft. I've used the laptop offline and was able to create documents I urgently needed. Yet Microsoft didn't like me using MY laptop and decided to interfere with a bogus notice about my needing to complete setting up a Microsoft One Account, bla bla bla. No way, no how. My prior laptop was destroyed and I resented my maintenance service changing it - actually US Tech did it after nefariously purchasing Iolo Tech without asking my permission to continue the contract with them. I told them I considered the transaction not just unethical but illegal and they would never have my permission to access my computer. Right after that they zapped my computer - I was angry they installed Windows Defender Firewall on my computer and said it was against the contract. I purchased Microsoft Home & Office and the Geek Squad re-installed it yet once again Microsoft changed it to Microsoft 360 telling me to set I up a Microsoft One Account, etc. No way. Never. I had some personal setbacks but Geek Squad assured me once I find time to get back over they will fix things. I enjoyed typing on this HP and I have an HP printer so I look forward to once again using that and my Canon scanner but this Microsoft interference is truly aggravating!
