I bought this laptop for my daughter for Christmas. She is 8 and this will be a nice first laptop for her. I only rated it 3 stars because I am not really impressed with the keyboard and processing speed. The keys feel stiff to me and to be a “gaming machine” this laptop is slow. I think if you are looking for a laptop where you will be doing a lot of typing or gaming you are going to find this one very frustrating. It is a nice inexpensive starter machine.

I bought this for my wife. She likes it, but one thing that stinks (and I believe this is true for ALL Windows PCs these days) is the way that Microsoft tries to prevent users from installing Google Chrome or other browsers. Apparently you have to disable several safety features to use anything other than the proprietary Edge Browser. But, other than that inconvenience, it's a good buy.

The laptop is ok. I can do basic stuff on it. I wouldn’t recommend it for gaming if that is what you are looking for.

I waited weeks to get this for my classes. When I took it out of the casing today you can best believe my jaw dropped. The whole lower half of the computer is so CHEAP I couldn’t use the mousepad without hearing this hollow clicking noise every time. I wouldn’t complain if it was in the $100s but I paid almost $300 for something that could have come out of a cereal box, and I am very upset! 95% of the effort on this laptop went into trying to look like a rose gold MacBook, and trying to shoot for getting us to pay a dollar for a dime. I am super mad and ready to return DO NOT BUY. All the reviews of slowness are also true. One click= 5 seconds of waiting EVERY TIME. And when it does finally show something, you have to wait 3-5 more seconds for the picture quality, or just the picture at all to load, AND it’s low quality at that! DO.NOT.BUY!

I don’t use my laptop regularly, this one was a decent price and does what I need for the few times I do need it!

I enjoy the keyboard, however, this processor is a Little too slow for me.

User-friendly overall. Would have preferred for the "On" button to be larger or perhaps round to make it function easier.

My granddaughter loves her christmas gift and was so excited when she opened it.
