This is without a doubt the single best thing I have ever owned. The set up could not have been more dummy proof. It took 5 minutes and was ready to go right out of the box. I even hooked my tv cable up to it and it now doubles as a tv and a computer. The picture quality is amazing (especially with dvd's) and I could not be more thrilled. HP has revolutionized my pc experience. On the downside, the only problems I have noticed is that it is a little slow to respond sometimes. Its frozen briefly a few times while downloading updates, but if you leave it alone it fixes itself quickly and I am willing to overlook this problem in light of everything else I love about it. (It did once freeze up and when I didn't know what to do, I called HP support and they were so helpful, patient and friendly and talked me through the problem until it was fixed. ) If you are debating if you should get the bigger model or if you should stick with the smaller model, GO BIG! It's worth every penny!

This computer is a very good computer for playing games and working on everything, It is a little heavy but consider that is a desktop it is portable and beatiful. The computer for games is the best i ever had you can play in the max of the graphics and it's perfect don't freeze and I recommend for everyone it is a little expensive but that doesn't matter because this computer is simply AmaZing and the BeSt! The Webcam on it it's a high definition so its the best quality you can have Buy it!

I think for people who like drawing in paint , making photos in photoshop, this computer is great. I has excellent graphics, and is very fast.

I have had to send my computer into the factory twice to have the hard drive replaced and it is acting up again. HP says it is their policy to replace the computer after the third time needing repair, but the waaranty continues on from the original purchase date. This means if I have the same problems I have been having the warranty will expire after I've had this computer about 2 months. I replaced the hard drive myself the first time. Hp wanted the computer, they could diagnose the problems when the second hard drive went out. I expected when it went out a third time, they would replace the computer. No such luck. It has to be repaired a third time. each time the computer works great for about 2-3 weeks and then it locks up. Both repair orders states customer problem duplicated, but all HP did was replace the hard drive. They did not and will not send out a new computer until it crashes again. I received the computer on 04/02/09 and on 04/24/09 it locked up on me again. I called HP and they were able to get it working for that day, but the next day it locked up again and I have not been able to call HP because I am at work. I bought this computer directly from HP on the internet, so I expected a little better service than I have received.

This unit is an investment. The 1st Generation introduced about a year ago was lacking, a lot. But this newer updated 2nd generation? Let's just say that HP learns from their mistakes...this unit rocks. The Model IQ816 adds a larger hard drive (750Gig) AND it adds a Blu-ray Drive! All of this in an intuitive 26" Touchscreen! I have also found the touchscreen backwards compatible, meaning whatever software, new and old works. Meaning my old Checkers game can be played with my fingers. Taipei, Solitaire, Mahjong, all the same thing. And the Touchsmart Suite of Software is amazing! Makes Music, and Picture control easy, all with the touch of your finger...Hey HP! If you like my review? Please send me another one of these for my upstairs - It will make my life even easier! Seriously, I have used PC's since their inception - 1979 and the old Green screen monitors? This is easily the nicest, BEST, and easiest to use Computer I have ever owned...

I waited six week to get this computer and enjoying it so far. This computer meets all my needs and more and the Blue Ray player is great as well. It was a great investment and I'm sure I will enjoy it .

Right now it is a bad computer because it has many glitches and doesnt always work with the touch scree. The price is super high and you barely use the touch screen. It is much easir to use the mouse and keyboard instead of the screen. I would wait a couple year until they fix all of the problems and lower the price. We are in another depression and they are making an unbelievably high price for a below average computer. They should be dropping the price like crazy.

well what can i say? this is by far the best thing, pc that anyone can buy it offers so much. Every single penny expended on this magnificent pc its worth it, its revolucionary, saves space, just what i was looking for

This computer is by far the best one i have ever bought or used ive been waiting for something like this to come out for a long time and i couldent ask for one better the interface is awsome!!

While the computer looks great and the concept is great, mine came with 2 broken parts that required service at the HP repair site in Indiana. After they twice failed to send the right size shipping box, I had to send it to them in the original box. When it came back from the repaiir site, I found that not only were the 2 broken items not fixed, but somehow they had broken the main support bracket.

Very nice computer. They come up with something new everyday.
